1. Adriana B.

“Our three dogs with very different needs can be a lot to manage (a rambunctious 18 month old, a five year old, and an elder dog in significant decline), and Adriana took great care of all of them simultaneously. She asks the right questions and communicates clearly and quickly to resolve anything that comes up. We could not be happier with how she works with us and cares for Maddie, Olaf, and Otter.”

2. August S.

“Once again August thank you so much for taking such good care of our fur babies! Especially caring for the sore under Whiskey’s ear!! We feel so comfortable leaving them knowing they are in your care!”

3. Tommy V.

“Our dog seems happy and well cared for and the house is clean and very well looked after. Tommy even cleaned the things he used and left the house looking very clean! We would love to use him again!”

4. Geoffrey O.

“Geoffrey was amazing and took the best care of our pup, Kai! He offered to schedule a meet and greet with us prior to booking, which really eased my mind knowing that he would be a great fit for Kai and our family! He made our time away so wonderful by checking in every few hours with updates, pictures and videos which made me feel so comfortable and happy knowing that our boy was in the best care possible! He even stayed until we got home to make sure Kai wasn't left alone. Truly can't express how grateful we are to have found Geoffrey, someone who we can absolutely trust to watch our boy for any future needs! Thank you Geoff!!!”

5. Rachael S.

“Hank was very comfortable with Rachael. We can’t wait to have her back!”

6. Taryn C.

“Taryn did a great job house sitting and watching our babies! She sent lots of pictures and made sure to do everything we instructed. Our older dog needs a little extra help with eating and getting around, she was great to give the extra care. We were very impressed and will certainly use her services again in the future!”

7. Dana S.

“Dana was absolutely fabulous! From our first meeting with her, until the end of her stay, she was great. We've been looking for a dog/house sitter for a while now, and she exceeded all expectations. She kept our little one very happy, our house in tip-top shape, and sent us multiple updates each day. We're so thrilled and look forward to booking Dana again.”

8. Timothy W.

“We were so happy with Timothy’s communication while watching our pup and he was extremely flexible when our plans changed last minute and we had to stay another night. We look forward to having Timothy back in the future!”

10. Aliyah L.

“Aliyah watched our cats and dogs for the 1st time and did a wonderful job!! Since I am a bit new to Rover, she helped me realize what I like and prefer in a house sitter. On top of the basic chores involved with taking care our pets I always wonder if my pets are comfortable with a new sitter. The photos she sent me reassured my husband and I that they were. In addition her communicating to us was great. I would give her more than a 5 star if I could!”

11. Amber S.

“Amber was fantastic. She was on point with caring for our dogs everyday and kept us updated multiple times a day. Would highly recommend and plan on booking with her again”

12. Wendy F.

“Wendy was great! She made being away so much better for us and Roscoe!”

13. Kendra B.
“She will be a good dog/ animal walker. She’ll get exercise & so will the dog. One day she’ll walk the dog & the next day the dog may walk her🤷♂️ depends on the day but I think she’ll be perfect for this”

14. Amber D.

“Amber was an amazing house and pet sitter! She is extremely conscientious and treats your home and pets as if they are hers. We have never returned from a trip with the house so clean and tidy, and with our pets so calm. We have two needy cats and an anxious dog who takes time getting to know new people, and within less than 24 hours, all three pets were so comfortable with Amber. She sent us photos and updates, and was easy to communicate with. Honestly the best Rover experience we have ever had!”

About: Hi, I'm Ness. I have prior experience in pet care working for Paw Prints Pet Care, Petsmart, and Petland. I've owned and cared for nearly every kind of animal - cats, birds, fish, rodents, reptiles, and arachnids. I live here in Syracuse with 3 aquariums and about 15 tarantulas! I've been described by my clients as a "cat whisperer" and my bosses as a "tarantula and fish expert." I love animals and am always trying to learn more about them. I will visit either once or twice a day, can drive up to 30 minutes out of the city, and willing to pet sit just about anything except dogs. Services provided will vary depending on the needs of your animal. I also provide overnight stays and boarding (for single cats only) - get in touch with me for more information. Don't worry about who's going to play with your cat or feed your bearded dragon crickets while you're out - hire me and have a stress-free time away knowing your fuzzy, feathery, or scaly friends will be well taken care of! I'm on disability and while I'm searching for a part-time job, my schedule is open, other than card games 2x a week, which I can work around. My schedule is open from 9am-11pm, though 10am on is preferred. I petsit in your house to make sure your pet is in a safe and familiar environment. Every petsit also includes some house-sitting services - I'll take in your mail, make sure your doors and windows are locked and curtains closed, change the batteries in your smoke detectors if they start to beep, etc. I can also send you photo updates of your pets if you'd like!
