“If I could give a six star review, I would. From start to finish Damoan went above and beyond. This was my first time using this platform and if im being honest, I was kinda worried about the care my buddy would get. Then I was IMMEDIATELY put at ease talking with Damoan. She was extremely responsive, professional and friendly. I booked as a last minute situation. She came and picked my buddy up and even " took care " of an unexpected welcoming " gift " my buddy had waiting for her. Lol. She gave me constant updates on how he was doing and interacting with other dogs she was sitting for. When I arrived to pick him up he was sad to leave, which was the MOST comforting sign. “Ellen provided my dog with play, walk and exercise opportunities and sent me frequent picture updates. She seemed to geuinely enjoy having her and took good care of her. At one point my dog (who has a very thick coat) got into some burrs and Ellen did have to cut her hair to get them off, so she came back with a few shorter patches, but I've had to do that a couple times before too so I think it was probably necessary. The only real issue was that Ellen forgot to include a toy of my dog's in the stuff she returned, but when I realized a few days later she found it under the furniture and returned it to me promptly, so it wasn't a big deal. I think it was a happy and healthy stya for my dog. She was also more reasonably priced than other people in the area.”

From our initial meet and greet all the way through pickup, she was incredibly kind, communicative, and caring. She sent me regular updates throughout the week to let me know how Mac was doing, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. She was very attentive to his personality and made sure he was comfortable, getting plenty of attention, cuddles, and company. It was honestly so nice hearing how quickly Mac settled in and made himself at home! It was clear throughout his stay that Mac was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. He seemed to really enjoy his time with Martha, and I was so happy knowing he was in such a loving environment while I was away. Martha was wonderful about keeping me updated and making sure Mac was happy and comfortable throughout his entire stay. I really appreciated how much care and attention she gave him, and it was clear that she genuinely enjoyed having him around. I would absolutely recommend Martha to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and communicative to watch their dog.
