About: I worked at a dog kennel for 2 years, where i was in charge of feeding, potty breaks, medicine (if applicable), cleaning kennels, bonding time, bathes (wet/dry), and brushing. I have been around animals my whole life and have always had a pet, even if it was something small like a fish. I’m currently unemployed at the moment, so i’ll have abundant time to watch your beloved pets! I’m available anytime, any day with the exception of Wednesday, so feel free to reach out! I have a fenced in yard where i let my four dogs out freely to do their business and get their energy out, while I get their food bowls ready and check their water. As for watching dogs, I will follow the instructions provided to ensure the dog is safe and in routine for when the owner returns home. Whether the dog needs to be walked with a leash, or left in a crate for the night, none of these would be a problem

About: Hi there Dog mums and dads! I am an active 30 year old special needs teacher and professional nanny pivoting in my career with hopes to become a dog trainer. Given my background- caring for any part of the family is natural to me! I grew up in a dog loving household and now have one of my own, an American Staffy mix. We have worked significantly on obedience training and I would love to apply the skills I have learned during my time with your pup! I am looking forward to the opportunity to care for yours. My mom had a 10 month old Bouvier de Flanders named Finn who I spent a lot of time with (training classes, walking trails, running, even sitting at our favorite cafe every morning! Unfortunately we lost him way too soon to cancer. He was a BIG breed and I am totally comfortable with that or small ones too. I also had a lovely bunny who thought he was a dog! What you can expect from me: communicative, punctual, honest, and responsible- and don't forget fun! I have a great deal of free time weekdays and occasionally some weekends when I am not doing special needs respite care. I look forward to meeting you! Pet sitting is what I am aiming to make my current focus as I would love to transition into dog training in the future. With that being said I have a great deal of time and energy to put into this. Safety is number 1 priority and fun comes in close second!! A few rule of thumbs I go by- 1. I never know how your dog or others may react to stimulus including other animals! Getting to know your dog is extremely important to me. A thorough conversation about your doggos strengths and challenges. 2. Leash ALWAYS while out unless I know your dog very well and it is agreed upon. 3. Always assume the dog may want to escape the house- doors and fences shut and locked are very important. 4. Having vet, medical info on hand (on my phone)! 5. Any other things we discuss as a team for the best care of your four legged pal!

About: I have had a variety of pets of all ages with some needing special care. I enjoy walks, playtime and snuggles from fur babies. I have flexibility and can work with your schedules to give the proper care to your pets. I am currently working a casual job and would like to fill more of my time with what brings me joy which are animals. I only have my older cat but enjoy dogs of all sizes, other cats; I have fed fish, small reptiles, and horses. I do travel but have flexibility in my schedule. I have a fenced in yard and a home where I can close off play areas if needed. I can provide litter boxes separately if needed and clean out as needed. I am happy to listen to your requests and concerns and follow your routine for your pets. I am comfortable going to your home where your pets are ‘at home’ and walk, feed and play with them in their own setting.

About: My husband, kids and I love dogs! We have had dogs our whole life. Our dog Rusty is a Coast Guard dog so is used to having friends stay over while Mark's Coast Guard members are away visiting family. We love animals. We are dependable, fit, and loyal and work as a team to care for your sweet one. My husband and I both work part - time from home and work as team for Rover. We have one dog! We LOVE animals and are available to walk, board, or come to your house and care for animals. If a pet stays, we will put our pup, Rusty in his cage at night for safety. We do have 2 small children who love animals! We have a very large back yard that is not fenced but is private. Our neighborhood has very little traffic so we will walk your dog often! We will follow your routine. We will give your pet several long walks and take him or her out as much as you need. We have a big back yard if it's raining or inclement weather and your pet doesn't want to go out. We give lots of love and many walks to pets. We have a comfortable home and your pet can feel safe with us. We lookg forward to being in your home as well and making your pet feel secure.

About: FYI--Recently retired from the Federal Government. I did a Katrina mission to offer counseling to those who lost their homes. However, I was asked to volunteer in a pet shelter because the pets were abandoned due to the crisis at hand. It was one of the hardest things I have ever done. I figured I could do it, if I didn't look the pets straight in the eye (to prevent the heartbreak and the tears from flowing). Well, one little doggie who was in the corner of her pen shaking and shivering, grabbed ahold of my ankle as I was walking out of her pen (after cleaning it and feeding and watering her) and she wouldn't let go. She dragged her little butt along the concrete flooring as I tried to close the gate. I broke down into tears immediately and said "okay, I'll take you home with me and the cat in the pen next to you". Yes, I rescued them both... Or should I say they rescued me..from Empty Nest Syndrome. They have brought so much love into my life! My Mississippi Mud Pie (Boston Terrier) has now gone to Doggie Heaven and I want to provide love to other's pets in honor of her memory. My schedule has recently opened up more since retiring from the Federal Government, and I have a lot of time to devote to other's pets and animal care. When a dog is in my care, I provide very frequent walks and cater to your pet throughout the entire time they are with me. I like keeping animals happy and content. I provide a safe, trusting and caring environment. I am very nurturing and provide excellent care and attention. I am very attentive of animals needs.

About: I have been taking care of my families pets since I was 13. Spending time with animals is one of the best ways to spend a day, especially when meeting new furry friends! I am currently working a serving position over the summer during my summer break from college, so my schedule can fluctuate, but mainly revolves around evening shifts. I am very good at communicating when I am available or not, and am totally okay with dedicating my days off to spend time with your pets! Preferably, I would like to care for animals in your own home, as I have two cats at home who are okay with other cats, but not so much bigger/more active dogs. About: Growing up in a family of 6, having a twin sister and an older set of twin brothers we had nothing going on so we grew up with dogs (3+) running and playing all over the house. My dog today Dewey is a paws for people dog, while the other two dogs my family has I am their dog whisperer. I now for three years have been grooming all three of my dogs at home myself and been saving my parents money from doing that. I have a mini golden doodle, cavapoo, and a huge labor doodle. I’ve been watching a lot of my friends parents dogs for a couple years now and lately have been doing lots of dog walking. I grew up with my dog Gizmo who had seizures his whole life and watch my dogs grow old. I just moved from northern Delaware to southern Delaware and I am ready to help out your family’s with all your dog needs! I currently moved and left my paraprofessional teaching job. I am finishing my last semester of college online and not working currently. Open schedule ever since my move down south I have a fenced in yard and a lake in my neighborhood where I walk my dogs. Now that I live down south I take my dogs to the beach and one of my dogs is a paws for people dog.
