About: Growing up in a family of 6, having a twin sister and an older set of twin brothers we had nothing going on so we grew up with dogs (3+) running and playing all over the house. My dog today Dewey is a paws for people dog, while the other two dogs my family has I am their dog whisperer. I now for three years have been grooming all three of my dogs at home myself and been saving my parents money from doing that. I have a mini golden doodle, cavapoo, and a huge labor doodle. I’ve been watching a lot of my friends parents dogs for a couple years now and lately have been doing lots of dog walking. I grew up with my dog Gizmo who had seizures his whole life and watch my dogs grow old. I just moved from northern Delaware to southern Delaware and I am ready to help out your family’s with all your dog needs! I currently moved and left my paraprofessional teaching job. I am finishing my last semester of college online and not working currently. Open schedule ever since my move down south I have a fenced in yard and a lake in my neighborhood where I walk my dogs. Now that I live down south I take my dogs to the beach and one of my dogs is a paws for people dog.
“My dog is thrilled to be walking with Christina. She is a warm, friendly person, and my dog Is so comfortable with her. After the first walk, Rosie was exhausted and happy. Now she goes to the front door and looks out the window about the same time every day, and starts making happy noises when she sees Christina. She handled my big dog who tends to pull hard at the start with no problem. I trust her completely.”

About: Pets have always been apart of my life. The greatest skill I can say that I have is that I'm adaptable. When I got the dog I have now it was a big step up from the small dogs my family had my entire young life. I worked on horse farms with many big dogs and had pet sat for many large dogs before, but having my own taught me so much about training and reading a pet to make sure that my dog is as happy and comfortable as he can be. This skill has carried over into my many farm jobs as I am expected to be able to read an animal and overcome the "language barrier". Overall, I want what is best for every animal, everywhere, and am willing to do what is necessary to achieve that and beyond. Over the summer I work at a horse farm and take many farm sitting, housesitting, and petsitting jobs. Because of how long I have worked for the horse farm, I have a very flexible schedule to make sure that I can make your pet(s)/house/farm a priority. I am often very free in the evenings, and I am a very early riser, but I can leave from my day job anytime I need too to check in on any situation regarding pet care. I am very flexible and open to suggestions for how often your pet should be visited. I love to know all the little quirks and likes/dislikes that you find out by being with and loving your pet. I have trained my own dog to do agility, but also to adapt to college life living in an apartment. I love going on long walks, teaching pets new tricks, and reassuring them when something just doesn't feel right to them.
About: I trained my own service dog for 6 months before getting her fully certified! I also have experience with the dogs from the SPCA and with a boarding kennel in Selbyville! I love dogs with all my heart and I enjoy training them to make them into a better companion for me and others! I currently don't have a job so I can work anytime throughout the whole week! If I do get a job in the near future, I'll be sure to change the schedule! I start by taking my dog outside to use the bathroom in the mornings. While she's outside in the fence area, I give her food and water in the dog dishes before letting her back inside and instructing her to her bowls. Throughout the day, I train her basic commands and her service dog skills. I give her rewards and praise whenever she does a great job. Once training is done, I let her rest and give her fresh water and food. I let her outside at least 5 times a day and make sure she's properly fed and watered.
“Chelsea was awesome. 👏 She paid careful attention to Winston and was patient with him as he was a bit reluctant to walk with a new person. She followed all my instructions and took care of our baby. Will use her anytime I need help with Winston in the future.”
