My Safe-Graduation Setup: To protect my own small, senior dog and two cats, I utilize a careful, low-stress transition plan for all incoming guests: The Baseline Suite: Initial visits and early boarding periods take place in my secure, comfortable, and fully supervised basement area. I hang out right alongside your dog to bond with them and evaluate their unique personality. On-Leash Graduation: Once your dog is fully relaxed and comfortable with me, we graduate to controlled, on-leash introductions in our secure outdoor space. Secure Play Yard: Your pup will have access to a dedicated, secure potty area (which is currently expanding into a fully enclosed backyard) for safe sniffing and play. Strict Safety Limits for Peace of Mind: Small Intake Limit- I strictly cap my home at a maximum of 3 guest dogs at any one time. Your pup will never be overwhelmed by a large pack. To ensure I can provide the best experience for both your pets and myself, I only accept bookings in homes without strong odors. This may include cigarette smoke, urine, and plug in wall scents. I currently walk and feed my dog twice a day, so adding your pup to the routine would be a breeze! Although I don't have a fenced in yard, there is a safe neighborhood nearby where we walk our dog daily. We do allow pets on the couches & beds, but would be able to crate at night if that is preferred.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
