I’ve owned dogs myself, helped care for neighbors’ pets, and walked friends’ dogs over the years. I have a flexible schedule, which allows me to be available for walks, drop-ins, daycare, and overnight care throughout the week. I understand pets thrive on consistency, and I’m happy to work with your routine to make sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and loved while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a secure fenced yard and live in a safe south-side neighborhood with plenty of room for walks and playtime. About: ~~ I’m the perfect sitter for your anxious, mellow or chill or senior dog as I have a calm and peaceful presence. ~~ What sets me apart is that I work remotely, which allows me to be present with pets throughout the day rather than leaving them alone for long periods. This gives me the flexibility to respond to their needs, routines, and energy levels. I’ve had experience with animals for many years. I previously owned a black lab named Aurora, and I currently have an orange cat of my own. I also regularly help care for my mother’s two dogs — a Maltese Schnauzer and a Golden Retriever — and I’ve looked after my sister’s dog multiple times in the past as well. Animals tend to gravitate toward me because I pay close attention to their body language, boundaries, and personalities. I’m very mindful of their cues and comfort levels, which helps me understand what they need and how they’re feeling. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away. I’d be happy to give your pet the attention, care, and companionship they deserve. If I’m housesitting, I’m practically readily available. I work a full-time remote job that will still allow me to be present and handle the tasks needed to care for your pets. I would have time to see them in intervals multiple times a day with no problem and with plenty of time for play. But if drop in visits, I can do 2-3 drop in’s. 1st at 7:30-8:30a, 2nd at 11a-1:30p and 3rd at 4:30p-10p - depending on my work schedule and the daily demand. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat the space with the understanding that it is first and foremost your pet’s home and safe environment. I’m very respectful of both the home and the routines that your pet is used to. I keep the environment calm, clean, and consistent so your pet feels comfortable while you’re away. I follow all instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and house rules. I also avoid loud noise or disruptions and aim to maintain the same peaceful atmosphere your pet is used to. My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, relaxed, and cared for, while also treating your home with the same respect I would my own.

About: I have been around dogs my whole life!! I currently have 2 golden doodles and an Aussie doodle, I had a miniature pinscher that passed away recently. I watch my boyfriend’s 3 Shih Tzus regularly and most people in my family have dogs (2 labs, 3 frenchies, chihuahua, etc). I have dogsat for lots of neighbors and people that live in the willard/ Springfield area I am finishing up my first year of college in Springfield and I have classes Monday-Friday. MWF are my easy days with only 2 classes; one in the morning and the other in the afternoon. Weekends are for friends and family but I would love to work taking care of your dog into my schedule! I absolutely love playing and snuggling with puppies of all ages and sizes and I would be happy to help with any training your puppy might might need during the day while you’re gone!

About: I’ve had dogs and cats of my own my entire life. I also help my daughter take care of her 4 dogs and 3 cats when she travels. I especially love the senior dogs! I am currently unemployed so I am available full time to take care of your fur babies! I can do daily walks or overnight stays! I prefer to stay in your home as most pets are more comfortable when they are in a familiar environment. I will consider keeping them at my home depending on the circumstances.
