I raised and cared for my own dog for 16 years, from puppyhood through her senior years and passing, so I understand how a dog’s needs change throughout every stage of life. I’m patient, attentive, and comfortable adapting to each dog’s personality, energy level, routine, and medical needs. After losing my longtime companion, I now have an empty nest and would love to provide a safe, affectionate home for other dogs while their families are away. I work from home, so your dog will have plenty of companionship and supervision throughout the day. I enjoy morning and evening walks or hikes, along with frequent outdoor, play, and bathroom breaks. I’m happy to adjust activities based on your dog’s age, mobility, energy level, and usual routine. My home has a fully fenced grassy yard and a large dog door for convenient outdoor access. There is also a park directly across the street and a fenced dog park nearby. I prioritize safety, communication, and consistency. I’m careful about introductions, feeding routines, medications, leash safety, and any behavioral or medical needs you share with me. I want both you and your pet to feel comfortable and confident throughout their stay.

About: I have had pets my whole lives. I had a wonderful black lab until she passed away 4 years ago and now I have a 14 year old shitzu who is playful and sweet. I also have a mini goodendoodle who is 6 years old and very friendly with all animals and humans. We do have a 3 year old cat who keeps to himself but is also friendly with animals of all kind. Both my kids have had lots of time around dogs and other pets and are very respectful. I grew up on a ranch and have experience taking care of all sorts of different animals. I have a nice sized fenced in yard that allows for the dogs to go outside whenever they choose. I have a wonderful and safe neighborhood as well. I love dogs of all sorts and would love to be able to host your pet. I work from home so have plenty of time to hang out with your pup or cat! I also have a fenced in back yard that the dogs can run around in. I have two friendly dogs who love other dogs. They can play in the back yard and I can also take them all for walks. My whole family is very animal loving. Your dog or cat will get a lot of attention.
About: Will take the best care of your pet possible. Huge animal lover. Have had many different kinds of animals big and small. Would love to make some extra money doing what I love and would love to meet your furry friends. I have a husky puppy of my own who loves to play an go on adventures and would love to have some friends to go with him. Dona took amazing care of my puppy! I was really nervous about leaving him in someone else’s care, but she immediately put my mind at ease. Toby is a Pitbull/Australian Cattle Dog mix and is very high energy. Dona did a fantastic job making sure he got plenty of exercise with daily walks and lots of fetch—his absolute favorite activity. She also sent adorable pictures and kept me updated throughout the day, which I really appreciated. It was obvious that she was patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about Toby. When I picked Toby up, Dona gave me a detailed summary of his day and even shared some of the little quirks she had noticed about him and how she adjusted to them. It was clear that she took the time to really get to know Toby and cared for him as if he were her own. I would absolutely trust Dona with Toby again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and attentive sitter!
Calvin took great care of my Bernedoodle puppy! He kept me updated with peace-of-mind messages throughout the day, which I appreciated so much.
