Play, snuggles, walks, whatever your dog needs I am there. Having my own and having to use Rover for my babies so I fully understand what it means to care for your dogs or cats! I will treat your pet as if it were my own, and really that’s all we ever want, right? I do work full time, but it is flexible and I will never not accept a schedule proposed if I don’t believe I can fulfill! It’s just my kiddo (13) and I at home, I am free every evening and on the weekend, wide open to spend time with your fur babies! I will treat your home as if it were mine! I will leave it better than you left it, I will make sure your pets will feel right at home while you’re away!

I know more about dogs than you could ever imagine, learning about dogs is my favorite thing to do. I’d love to meet yours! I am currently learning more and more each day about cat behavior. I’ve had my own for about 3+ years and she’s amazing! I work full time and during my breaks I like to go home and let my dogs out to go potty as well as top off their water! They have lots of toys and we play allllll the time!! My kitty loves to cuddle and run around with her toys while meowing. We are a very happy bunch! I have two dogs and a cat of my own, they’re all very friendly. One of my dogs is very energetic and the other is extremely submissive. We do not have kennels in our home but I have no issue using them.

About: I’ve been a go-to pet sitter for friends and family for years, and I truly love spending time with animals. Whether it's going on walks, keeping pets company while their people are away, or sticking to a strict feeding schedule—I bring a lot of patience, care, and attention to each pet’s unique needs. What sets me apart is how present and observant I am. I take the time to understand each pet’s personality, from playful pups to shy cats, and adjust my care style to make them feel safe and happy. I’m also highly reliable and communicative, so pet parents can feel totally at ease knowing their furry family member is in good hands. I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to be available for daytime walks, drop-ins, and overnight stays depending on your pet’s needs. I’m great at managing my time and can easily build pet care into my routine—whether that’s morning feedings, afternoon playtime, or evening walks. Since I’m saving up to adopt a pet of my own, I’m excited to dedicate consistent time and energy into caring for yours! I always plan ahead to make sure I’m fully present during visits and can give pets my full attention—your pet’s comfort and routine will always be a priority for me. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, safety and comfort always come first. I take time to understand each pet’s routine, preferences, and any specific needs or boundaries before visits begin. I also make sure to keep feeding, walking, and medication schedules consistent to reduce stress for the pet. In a client’s home, I treat the space with the utmost respect—cleaning up after pets, following all house rules, and making sure doors, crates, and gates are secure at all times. I send regular updates and photos so you never have to wonder how your pet is doing. If I’m caring for pets in my home, I make sure the environment is clean, pet-safe, and calm—free of hazards, with cozy spots for rest and plenty of time for play and affection. Building trust with both pets and owners matters deeply to me, and I work hard to ensure you feel confident and worry-free when you leave your pet in my care.

About: Hello! I have previously built a small dog sitting clientele in the city of Columbia between the years of 2017-2019. In 2019 I moved to STL and worked through Rover for about two more years until I got a full time job. Currently dipping my toes back into pet care! Although I am in St. Louis I am willing to travel to areas including, but not limited to; St. Charles, Wentzville, O'Fallon, etc. My set days off are Sunday and Monday. I do still currently have a fulltime job, so for the time being I will only be able to do drop in visits and walks. I am comfortable working with either dogs or cats. I have a 4 year old orange cat that I rescued at just 2 weeks old, so I have experience working with very small kittens as well. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask! I work about 30 hours a week, but will not let this effect how I care for your pet! My days off are always Sunday and Monday, and I am available at anytime either of those days, as well as most evenings and certain mornings. I unfortunately cannot offer services in my own home, but I am more than willing to provide pet watching in the clients home. I am able to do drop in visits, feedings, hair brushes, playtime, walks or whatever your pet needs while you're at work or just out for the day.

About: I’ve taken care of animals as small as rats and fish ranging to livestock since I was young! I have had all myself and they’ve all been spoiled and happy as long as I’m around. Your pets will be able to tell I’m an animal person and you’ll be relived to go away as your pets will be in great hands! I’m currently working part time at horse stables and still have plenty of time to go spend time home to care for my fur babies and my bigger outside babies lol. My life is technically revolves around my pets care and my part time job is taking care of huge animals that need extra attention, and before this I worked on a diary farm taking care of even bigger animals. at home I make do , I have a huge yard out in the country, I can use the electric collar if needed, leash, or off leash with recall as I do have a horse on the property and another dog and outside cats who they may chase. Any clients home I do the job I came to do and then I do anything extra to make the client feel as if I didn’t just do my job and actually enjoyed and felt comfortable with their pet taking a picture video giving treats extra pets and cuddles etc…

Group walks are a good fit for social dogs who enjoy structured walks. If your dog prefers the energy of a group stroll, ask your dog walker about group walks in your Wilderman. Since all dog walkers are local, they may have a neighborhood dog who is a good walking companion to yours.

For dog walking bookings, your dog walker can send a Rover Card with details about your dog’s walk. Rover Cards require at least one photo and may include a map of the walking route, the total walk time and distance, and any pee or poop breaks recorded by the walker.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your walker interacts with your pet or the new environment.

During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and walker for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet.

walkers on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
