“Eleanor was very responsible and our family felt like she was taking care of our dogs well. We got photos of them every day we were away. She was great about responding and getting in touch with any questions or concerns in a timely matter. We will definitely rebook with her in the future.”

“Brennan did such an amazing job taking care of my dog Rusty this weekend! This was my first time ever leaving him at home when I have gone out of town, as I’ve always boarded him at a kennel in the past, and it has always been really overwhelming and hard for him. I’m so glad that this time, I decided to instead do a series of Rover drop-in visits, and I could not have asked for a better person than Brennan for the job! She fed him, gave him his medication, walked him, played with him and in general, just gave him all the care and attention he craves. And through it all, she gave me great updates about everything that was going on with him, so I never had to worry about a thing. She’s the best!”

“Olivia is FANTASTIC! From handling a last minute holiday week booking all the way to final check in, they gave me such peace of mind being away from my critters. Expect tons of pictures and super thorough check-in notes!”

About: Hi! I'm a lifelong dog lover and owner living in Maplewood, MO, with my friendly 5 yr old Aussie, Porter. While I'm newer to pet sitting on Rover, I've cared for dogs my whole life and have plenty of experience watching the pups of friends and family. Whether it's walks, playtime, or cuddles, in here to ensure your furry friend feels happy and cared for while you're away! I'm available on the weekends and work from home Mondays and Fridays, giving your pup plenty of attention, potty breaks and daily walks. I'm open to Tues-Thurs care as well, but the pup would have to be okay in a crate or out for 8 hours while I'm at work for the day. I have a fenced in yard for the pup to play, potty and get exercise in. I have a 5 year old aussie who is super friendly and would love the company of another dog! While I'll be home most of the time with your pup, when I step out of the house I'm happy to kennel them or leave them out, whatever makes you and the pup feel the most comfortable!

“Sonja was a blessing for my 2 Huskies, Ciera and Athena!! She was patient when they had gotten into mischief in between visits!!! She truly appreciated the reality that they are my fur babies and I love them so much!!! If you have the opportunity to hire So ha for your pets, don’t hesitate!!!!❤️👍💪🐶”

“Allison did a fantastic job taking care of my Cat when I was called away for a last minute trip. I was very nervous since this was my first time using a sitter but Allison made us very comfortable while we were away. Highly recommend her for any pets that need some love while your away”

“Katie is always a great go-to for drop-in or extended visits for our doggies! She’s so considerate in thinking about extra things like them getting wet in the rain and needing to be dried off! She’s so patient with our very energetic 9 month old puppy!”

About: I’ve grown up with animals and currently volunteer as a dog walker at the APA Adoption Center, where I’ve walked everything from tiny pups to dogs as big as I am. I’m great at reading a pet’s moods, wants, and needs, and I love to play or simply be a comforting lap for cuddles. Friends and family have trusted me as a dog-sitter for years, so I bring both personal and hands-on shelter experience. I’m currently in between jobs, which means I can offer a very flexible schedule. I’m available early mornings, mid-day, and into the early-to-mid evening — perfect for walks, drop-ins, or cuddle breaks. I always make sure I’m using the right equipment for each dog (slip leash, gentle lead, harness, etc.) and I ask pet parents about any known triggers, such as reactivity to other dogs or fear of loud noises. I keep treats on hand to reward good behavior and redirect attention if needed. For strong pullers, I’m experienced with using safe techniques like the field harness method. My priority is making every walk safe, positive, and stress-free.

“Things fell through with my previous sitter (that wasn’t from Rover). I reached out to Kaity last minute, as I was scrambling to find someone to watch my chihuahua. She came within 1.5 hours of contacting her to do a meet and greet with Bailey since is weary of strangers from a traumatic past. She even moved around some her schedule to accommodate us. He was reserved at first, but quickly warmed up to Kaity. On day 2, he was already waiting at the door for her and greeting her with toys and kisses. I get cute pictures and a little summary of how their time together went. I would definitely recommend Kaity to anyone and I have her on weekly repeat visits. We are happy!”

“Carolyn did a fantastic job caring for my doberman. I was concerned about finding the right person to watch him because of his size and personality, but she was both professional and personal when it came to pet sitting. Recommend her to others!”

“Madelyn was on time. She has a great pet caretakers personality and caring attitude. She got it right, and we were not worried about our furry friends one bit. Thanks for a job well done.”

“Devun did a fantastic job of taking care of my dog. He asked questions when he needed to and went above and beyond with walks and lots of photos that helped me feel that my little one was happy.”

“Laura was amazing with my cat! She sent lots of photos and detailed notes. She spent lots of time giving him pets and attention, and made me feel that my kitty was in very good hands while I was away.”

“Heather was wonderful in accommodating a last minute request to drop in on our kitties for the weekend. We really appreciated the updates and the care she took with them! Thank you!”

About: 🤩 I’m new to Rover but not new to pet care — with years of experience and a soft spot for pups and kitties, I’m offering intro rates to welcome new clients.. What makes me different from other sitters is that I bring both heart AND experience. With over a decade of hands-on care for dogs and cats, I understand that every pet has their own personality and needs. • 🐾 Senior Pet Care: I’m patient and gentle with older pets, making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved. • 🐕 Puppy Know-How: From potty training to managing zoomies, I’ve got the energy (and the tricks) to help puppies thrive. • 💊 Medication & Special Care: Comfortable administering pills, supplements, or other special routines. • 🐈 Shy or Anxious Pets: I know how to give them space, build trust, and earn their affection at their pace. Beyond skills, I pride myself on being dependable, communicative, and trustworthy. You’ll always know how your pets are doing because I send detailed updates and fun photos — so you can relax knowing they’re in loving hands. Pet care isn’t something I squeeze in — it’s a big part of my daily life. Right now, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give your pets the attention they deserve. • 🐾 Daily Walks & Drop-Ins: I’m available mornings, afternoons, and evenings for walks, playtime, and snuggles. • 🐕 Weekends: I keep my weekends open for pet parents who need an extra hand — whether that’s walks, drop-ins, or extended visits. • 🐈 Consistency Matters: I build pet care into my day so your pets have a reliable routine they can count on. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. Whether I’m caring for your pets in your home or during a walk, I treat every furry family member as if they were my own. • 🐾 In Your Home: I follow your routines closely, from feeding schedules to favorite toys, so your pets feel secure in their familiar environment. I keep doors locked, double-check gates, and make sure everything is just as you left it. • 🐕 On Walks: I use secure leashes/harnesses and stay alert to keep pets safe around traffic, other dogs, and distractions. Safety comes first, fun comes second (but don’t worry, we’ll get plenty of tail wags in). • 🐈 Trust: I respect your space and your home — you can feel confident knowing I’ll treat it with care, and I’ll always provide updates and photos so you know your pets are happy and safe. My goal is for you to relax while you’re away, knowing your pets are not only cared for, but loved. ❤️

“Allison did fantastic caring for my pup while gone for the weekend. She kept me updated the whole time and made sure to give my pup lots of treats! Will definitely be using her again!”
