“This is our first Rover experience. We set up 7 visits over 3 days. Gino spent time with each of our 3 dogs separately during the day. He walked each dog, or at least tried to. My lap dog is a prima donna and doesn't like a leash. He played with our dogs. He worked on their training, or lack thereof. 😉 He made sure they were fed and had ample potty time before and after meals. We received feedback with each visit. Gino was a great pet sitter. Gino is conscientious and dedicated to his goals to become a trainer.”

About: While I haven’t worked as a paid sitter before, I’ve been caring for pets my whole life—both my own and those of friends, neighbors, and family. I’ve gained over 10 years of hands-on experience with dogs, cats, and even chickens, and I approach each pet with the same love and attention I give my own. I currently have two pups back home (a spunky Boston Terrier and a loyal Boxer), so I’m no stranger to high-energy personalities! I’m a student at Texas A&M University going into my senior year, and with a light class schedule these next few semesters, I have plenty of time and flexibility to dedicate to caring for pets. I will have time for daily walks as well as morning, afternoon, and/or evening feeding. I miss my pets that are back home in Austin very much, and I’m hoping that helping take care of some furry friends in the College Station area will help fill the pet-shaped void while I’m away from mine. When caring for pets in my client’s home, I make sure to respect their routine, space, and specific care instructions. I know how important consistency is for pets, so I do my best to match their normal schedule—whether that’s feeding times, walks, playtime, or quiet cuddles. I keep things clean, calm, and comforting so they feel safe while their owner is away. If a pet needs to stay with me for a few hours during the day, I have a spacious, fully fenced-in backyard where they can run around and get some fresh air. I always supervise outdoor time and make sure they stay safe, happy, and entertained.

About: I’m a certified vet appointment, and currently majoring in Animal Science at Texas A&M. Family and friends can always count on me to care for their pets with unconditional love. I will always treat your pets as my own! I am currently on summer break and have lots of free time on my hands! I am apart of Fish Camp at Texas A&M which doesn’t allow me to have a full time summer job! My free time still allows me to provide any pet care you need. I live in a town house with my brother! Although we do not have a backyard, we have a doggy park about a 2 min walk away. We have a spacious living area that can allow us to take care of pets. We would need a kennel or necessary items provided!
