“We are so grateful to have found Stephene! She took such amazing care of our dog, making sure she was happy, comfortable, and loved the whole time we were away. The regular updates and photos gave us so much peace of mind, and it was clear she felt completely at home with her. It’s such a relief knowing our pup is in such caring and capable hands. We can’t recommend Stephene enough!”

“Missy is excellent at what she does! She is very knowledgeable about dogs/ training. My dog is very high energy and dog reactive. I have always been very hesitant to allow anyone but me and my husband to walk her as we went to training classes with her. But I feel confident and don’t worry about Zoey when she is with Missy! My pup comes home happy and worn out which is what this very pregnant and tired mom needs these days. I would recommend her to anyone looking to have some extra help with their pups.”

“This was our first time having Sarah help with our dog for a 30 min visit. She was so sweet and great with communication. I felt comfortable texting her throughout this time to make sure our dog was doing well and if she needed anything Thank you so much Sarah for your help and Enzo can’t wait to see you again ❤️”

About: I have had pets my entire life and have been a pet parent since 1995. I've had the privilege of having both dogs and cats in our home. And I have also previously pet sat for birds and the occassional pot-bellied pig. I have previously given both cats and dogs oral meds (both liquid and pill form), injectable meds and subcutaneous fluids when needed. With our family pets I have experienced puppy & kittenhood all the way through the elder years. So I am well versed on the needs for each individual age. I do work, but I have a flexible schedule that allows me time during the day and night to take care of your furry kiddos. Whether that entails walks, pop in visits or overnight stays... my goal is to help your fur babies stay happy and calm while you are away. At this point I only offer sitting in your home as my two kitty kiddos tend to be skittish with new faces human or animal. I would never want to stress them out and/or add any stress to your pets.
“Susan was polite, respectful, and took great care of Duck! Our kitten is a bit rambunctious and kicked litter out of the box and knocked over her automatic feeder in between visits. Susan cleaned everything up with no complaints or hesitation!”

“Raina is fantastic. I am so glad I found someone so near by who cares for our animals as if they were her own. When I hire Raina, I know my cat is in the best hands. Thank you, @Raina!”
“Lauren took great care of our cats, hamster, and fish and took great pictures during her stay. The cats look like they had a great time with her and we could rest easy during our vacation (:”

“As far as I can tell, everything went really well. Sara texted me after each drop-in visit to let me know how things were going. She sent photos of one of our dogs (the other was probably hiding under the bed most of the time she was here.) From her description of the visit, Sara was flexible in working with our dogs. She followed the instructions I left. Will be contacting her again.”
About: I’ve always been the person friends and family trust with their pets because I genuinely love animals and understand that every dog has a different personality and comfort level. I have experience caring for dogs of different sizes, energy levels, and temperaments, including my own Golden Retriever, Autumn. What sets me apart is my calm, dependable personality and healthcare background as an ICU nurse, which has made me very attentive, patient, and detail-oriented in high-pressure situations. I’m comfortable following detailed routines, administering medications if needed, and paying close attention to safety and behavior changes. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, cuddles on the couch, or just a calm companion while you’re away, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for like family. I work full time as a Rapid Response RN with an ICU background, so reliability, communication, and attention to detail are already a huge part of my daily routine. I typically work Monday–Wednesday from 7am–7:30pm, which leaves me available Thursday through Sunday for walks, drop-ins, overnight stays, and more flexible scheduling. Even during my work week, caring for animals is already part of my everyday life with my own dog and cat at home. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, whether that’s going on long walks, keeping pets company, or making sure they stay comfortable and cared for while their owners are away. Because of my healthcare background, I’m very organized, dependable, and comfortable following routines and special care instructions. Safety and trust are the biggest priorities for me when caring for someone’s pet. I know how important it is to feel confident that your animals are safe, comfortable, and being treated like family while you’re away. In a client’s home, I make it a priority to keep pets on their normal routine as much as possible — including feeding schedules, walks, medications, playtime, and any specific instructions you provide. I’m respectful of both your home and your pet’s comfort level, especially with animals who may be anxious or shy when their owners are gone. In my own home, pets are treated like part of the family with plenty of attention, supervision, and a calm environment. I pay close attention during walks, outdoor time, feeding, and introductions to ensure pets remain safe and stress-free. My background as a Rapid Response/ICU nurse has also made me very observant, dependable, and calm under pressure, which helps me notice changes in behavior, maintain safe environments, and communicate clearly with pet owners throughout their stay or visit.
“Sierra was absolutely amazing! She was available last minute and took such great care of my dog Bonnie. My puppy can be hyper, and very needy, Sierra handled her beautifully. Extensive walks, treats, play time, feeding time and lots of belly rubs! I will 100% hire her again!!!”

“My second time using Maia as my cats’ sitter. I felt super comfortable leaving them in her care. Came home to them very happy and well-cared for. Thanks again, Maia!”

“Jennifer was very kind to Dallas and was patient even when he didn’t want to go back in the crate. She sent regular updates and was very good in dealing with his anxiety. 10/10”

“Anais was very communicative, gave good feedback, took care of my fur babies, and did exactly what I asked of her. I willl definitely be rebooking in the future!! Thank you so much!”

“2nd time with Dori caring for our dog. It is so refreshing to have such a reliable and effective person check-in for us. We sleep better knowing we can count on her. Thanks Dori!!”

About: I love caring for dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I grew up with a sweet black lab named Jessie, and those 13 years taught me everything about feeding, walking, playing, and giving pets the love they deserve. After she passed, I realized how much joy animals bring and I’ve been caring for pets ever since. Along with my own experience, I’ve helped neighbors, friends, and Rover clients with walks, drop‑ins, house sitting, and playtime. Every visit has been a joy! I’m a college graduate with a BA in Human Service Studies and currently work in government contracting. I’ll treat your pets with the same kindness, patience, and affection I gave Jessie - making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I currently work full-time during the week, but have weekend flexibility and some lunchtime/evening flexibility on the weekdays depending on my schedule and our locations. I travel occasionally for work or to visit family, but I will block those dates out in my calendar as soon as they're scheduled. Overall, I will do my best to fit your needs! A safe environment is crucial! Steps that I take to create that include: ensuring the dog is leashed before going outside, unless there is a fenced yard that the client has approved us to go in. Listening to the client's requests and fully understanding the dog's/cat's personality. Asking important questions such as "how does the pet interact with other people or pets?". Providing the right amount of food, plenty of water, and administering any prescribed medications.
