“I’ve never used Rover before. We had everything planned for my brother’s wedding and our trip to glacier and things changed last minute. Our Airbnb host decided they wouldn’t honor their pet policy. I have two small yorkies and one suffers with separation anxiety. I’ve never left the dogs with anyone but family. I saw Whitney on the app and could instantly tell she loved animals, and exuded warmth from her photos. Her previous reviews made me less anxious about the process. So, I decided to give it a shot! Whitney replied within 5 minutes of me reaching out and helped me through the process. If you are in a similar position or looking for someone you can trust last minute while you explore the park Whitney won’t disappoint! She sent me photos and updates to let me know how the dogs were throughout the day. She made sure they were comfortable with her dogs before we left and my anxious pup who rarely shows excitement on first meeting others started wagging his tail when he met her. I am so thankful for Whitney. She made it possible to enjoy my brother’s wedding and family time without constantly worrying about my pups. I would 100% recommend her and use her again myself if we came back to visit. I really can’t say enough good things, and will always be grateful for Whitney’s help!”

“We really appreciated the great care you gave Marlee. It's always comforting knowing our furbaby is in good hands. Morgan was very easy to communicate with, sent pics for us and was very flexible!”

“Thank you so much, Deanna, for taking such great care of Bolt! We know he’s not the easiest pup to look after—being just 1 year old and full of energy—but you did a wonderful job. We truly appreciate all the pictures and videos you sent. It gave us peace of mind knowing he was in good hands and having a great time. This was our first time sending Bolt to doggy daycare, and we were honestly a bit nervous at first. But you and your team made the experience so smooth and reassuring. Special thanks also to Shauna for consistently keeping us updated and communicating with us. Even though we weren’t always able to respond right away, you still continued to send messages and updates, which meant a lot to us. We’re so grateful for the love and care you gave to Bolt.”

“Lucy was anxious on her first day, but by the 3rd, was super excited every morning when we showed up! Got some good photos to show she was having fun! Jessica does a great job! And if Lucy comes skiing with us next year, we will definitely be back!”

“Mykenzie has an amazing fenced in yard and home. My Bianca is advanced in her years and set in her ways, but was totally comfortable. She had the best time, and I also got some beautiful photos of her as a bonus. Thank you for taking great care of her Mykenzie.”

About: In my lifetime I have been surrounded by animals since birth. Chickens, cows, goats, horses, dogs, cats, and sheep. I’ve always had a strong love for animals. I’ve worked in a vet clinic helping my mom as a vet tech. I have done grooming, worked daycare in daycare facilities, and I’ve dabbled in dog training as well. Over my time dog sitting, I have taken care of puppies and senior care dogs and everything in between. I currently work for a lady dog sitting. I don’t get a whole lot of jobs. So I have a lot of free time for other dog sitting jobs. My dogs get fed a cup in the morning and a cup at night but that does not mean that your dog needs to as well. I will follow any schedule you ask me to follow for your furry friend! I take my dogs to the dog park as often as I can! They mostly get to go on the weekends. I definitely prefer to take care of animals in my own home just because I do have a group of my own animals but I understand pets being more comfortable in their own homes. When I have meet and greets placed at my house the energy from my dogs are definitely heightened because they are so excited to meet an new friend but ones they get the hellos out of the way the house environment after that is very calm and quiet. We currently live in a single wide mobile home with 3 bed rooms although one of them is designated to my cats 😂 yes they have their own bed room, yes they are spoiled. Point being there is plenty of space for separation if needed and nap times.

“Our dog stayed with Sophie for the day while we went to Glacier National Park. Everything worked out perfectly. Our dog was well taken care of in their home with a large fenced back yard. Our dog came back home happy and tired from a very fun day. We would certainly have her watch our dog anytime.”

“Shannon is awesome. She watched my 10 week old puppy for a couple hours while we went horse back riding. It was the first time I left my puppy with someone and I was nervous. Shannon sent me a bunch of pictures and updates throughout the stay. I got back a very tired and happy puppy. Thank you so much!!”

“Bailey was very happy arriving and leaving Chris’s home. She was extremely friendly to us all. Her dog played well with Bailey all morning and walked with him as well. Very positive experience! Thank you so much!!!”

“Victoria was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly, great communication, my normally timid pup just adored her and had such a good time with her. Victoria sent pics and videos of my dog having a blast with her. Nothing but great things to say about Victoria. I'll ask her first next time I need help, for sure. Thank you!”

About: I love dogs and look forward to having my own again one day. Right now I volunteer at the shelter and work remotely so I’m able to spend time with your pets! In the past, I’ve had two black lab rescues and we took them everywhere... swimming, rides in the car, and out to dinner when we could! Since I began working remotely over six years ago, I have done pet sitting and walking. I’m good with dogs of most energy and activity levels and dogs usually feel comfortable around me. Excited to meet your pup! For Day Sitting- If you’re booking more than 8.5 hours, I will add a surcharge depending on what your needs are that day or you can book boarding. Let me know which you prefer! I’m working remotely part time so my schedule is flexible and I have plenty of time and energy to care for your pups. Happy to work with you! I don’t have any dogs of my own so I’m able to take on a variety of temperaments. We do leashed walks or gated parks if that’s of interest.

“Had a wonderful experience with Alaina! She was willing to do a meet and greet with her dogs ahead of time so I’d feel comfortable leaving my pup with them while we spent the days in the park. She took such good care of Maggie, taking her on multiple walks and letting her play at the beach. My dog came home happy and tired, and was excited to be dropped off the next morning. Alaina clearly loves dogs, and treated my pup like one of her own. Such peace of mind to have a safe, fun place for your pet to be while we explored Glacier. I would absolutely work with Alaina again!”

I’m available to come to your home and build that trust. Show me the routines so that I can adapt to all the meal times, play times, walk times, potty breaks, etc. I also have 2 other dogs at home that would love to play and love on your dog(s) as well! I also live right down the road from the dog park! I’m also available for watching your pet at your home, whatever is the most comfortable for you and them.

About: I have been a pet owner all my life! In college, I had a job as an animal groomer and worked with 100s of different breeds, temperaments and personalities - cats and dogs. Currently, I am a young professional in Whitefish that works evenings, giving me space to care for your animals through the work day, early mornings, weekend getaways, etc. I am available for overnights at your place, and have a fenced yard at home, walking distance to the dog park! I recently lost my catahoula, Rigby, of 13 years together to cancer and while navigating that loss, would love to share all my love and undivided attention with your dog, cat or any animal in between I can adapt to your pets needs, as I am continuously learning about different breeds and personalities - from high energy to the couch potato; shy, friendly, sassy - each and every one has an individual story and needs someone to understand their unique needs! I work in the day now, but will be back to hospitality soon, the days rotate each week so I am flexible with times! Early mornings, and standard work days, evenings, overnights - are the best times for me to help. What are your needs? Atn: Please please do not schedule a meet and greet if you are planning on getting your pets watched last minute by the neighbor kid etc because it’s free; please be respectful of my time traveling to you in your home, I highly value reciprocated commitment and respect on your end; if the meet and greet does not work out, please inform me why or how I can improve, or if it’s not a good match we can discuss this as well! Meet and greets are the most important part of this job to ensure trust in each other ❤️ I am available to come to your home and care for your dog in their familiar environment. Show me your routine and I can adapt to training, crating, walk times, play time etc. I have a fenced yard and currently have a female corgi at my house, I can give your dog the utmost attention while in my care, and they can have a friend to play with if their meet and greet is successful

Sara was great with my dog Stella! I was visiting Whitefish and wanted to do a big hike in Glacier National Park. I had to leave my Airbnb super early, so Sara came and picked my dog up and took her back to her own place so she wouldn’t be alone all day. She sent photos and videos and took great care of her. She even dropped her back at my place when I was on my way home. I will definitely use Sara again when I am back in the area
