About: I used to have a successful pet-sitting business where dogs could stay at my house overnight, instead of being stuck in overnight kennels. I had regular clients, but had to end it because I was in high school and doing other extracurricular activities. I've had dogs since I was a small child. They are my family and I would do anything for them. Knowing how much my dogs mean to me, I will treat other's dogs like I would my own. My schedule is very flexible and I have reliable transportation. I think it's very important to make sure dogs are comfortable, happy, and given the care each individual dog requires. Having the opportunity to work with dogs would be something I would love to do- it wouldn't feel like work.

Our animals are our children and words cannot express enough, how important it is for me to have a sitter that provides outstanding care. Edi did exactly what we asked her to do and even more. Arriving before our departure to make sure the handoff went well. Stayed until we got home to make sure the handoff and her departure went smoothly. Great communication during our away time. It is so nice to be able to get away and not worry about your fur babies. In addition to our two dogs, she also provided care for our two cats. My Cats are pretty finicky and required time to trust but within a day they were out greeting her which speaks volumes!!!! About: This setting allows for dog walking around the private property (away from the road) or along quiet country roads. I live in a small farmhouse and are able to keep a close eye on your pet—giving them as much love as they need. I have experience with all sizes and ages. Kim works seven minutes away and is available for morning, mid~day and evening weekday care as well as dedicated weekend boarding in home or in someone else’s home. Property is on 7 acres of land and is away from the road. Willing to keep dogs on leash when necessary. Free range chickens are on the property.

“Cindy was wonderful. Not only did she take great care of my pups, she even made us some soup for our return with the thought that we would not want to cook dinner when we got home. She made/brought special treats for the pups and sent us lots of pics of their weekend together. My one dog Saphie needs multiple pills daily to treat her IMHA, so we opted to have Cindy do overnight stays to keep a close eye on things. The dogs really appreciated having her around and were able to relax a little more even though we were gone. Will definitely be using her again.”

About: I've always loved our furry friends: wether sheltering strays for a few days, pet sitting for neighbors, or volunteering at my local shelter I learned each animal has their own personality and temperament but all require some basic needs, like water, food, exercise, mental stimulation, and ofc love! Beyond the practical knowledge of walking, feeding, training, and playing with animals I've also had a personal fascination into the minds of animals (LOVE watching dog training videos and reading up on Donna Haraway). About: I’ve personally been interested and training dogs since I was 10. As a young adult I worked at a dog daycare, volunteered at a dog kennel and continued to train and work my personal dogs until I joined the military. I’ve recently become a Certified Full Service Dog trainer as a veteran through the VA. I have experience working with both pet dogs and working dogs. I value integrity and helping improve both the dog and handler for future success. Excited to teach and learn for the community, hopefully expanding after! I’m currently a full time student but will still offer night walks and training sessions after class during the week.
