About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was 9 years old and can’t imagine life without them. From volunteering at shelters to pet sitting, walking, and fostering, animals have always been a huge part of my world. Now at 28, I bring over 19 years of hands-on experience with dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, and temperaments including seniors and pets who need special care. I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, overnight stays, and house sitting. I’m comfortable administering medications including injections, and I’ve supported pets recovering from illness or surgery. I’ve also helped with basic training and behavior support. As a licensed social worker, I bring an extra level of responsibility, trustworthiness, and calm presence to the pets and families I work with. My schedule is flexible thanks to my part-time work and I’m happy to accommodate your pet’s unique needs and routine. Whether you’re heading out of town or just need a helping hand, I’d love to be your go-to pet care person. I treat every animal like family because they are. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in yours, my top priorities are safety, comfort, and maintaining your pet’s normal routine. I take time to get to know each animal’s personality and needs so I can provide personalized care that feels familiar and stress-free. In your home, I make sure your pet stays on their usual schedule for feeding, walks, playtime, and medications. I keep their environment clean, cozy, and calm, and I always respect your space and preferences. I provide lots of love, attention, and updates so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands.

“Michelle is an excellent, responsible, and loving pet caregiver. She had two dogs of her own that lived long, happy, and healthy lives. These dogs were Cody (a lovable and calm Maltese) and Hobie (an energetic yorkie poo with a big personality). Both of these dogs loved Michelle to the moon. Michelle would take the best care of someone else’s pet. She also seeks time with others’ dogs to backfill the time and experiences she no longer has with Hobie and Cody. Let her services be a mutual benefit for all! (PS- Michelle loves to walk for exercise, which could include your dog!)”
