About: Welcome to the carriage house! I offer all the comforts of a spacious house for your dog to play, nap, sleep, bark freely, or engage a good game of tag in. To truly relax and unwind in as well as receive proper diet and exercise, a customized stay including (usually) a Riverview Park hike, dog massage 😉, mani/Pedi (kidding). Lol. Being knowledgeable of the steel city, it's parks and areas that cater to pets, as well as maintaining constant awareness of your pet's needs, I can easily balance my time and services provided. This is my way of saying I'll pay full attention to your pet, not neglect them for screen time on the phone. Available for new and returning clients. I prefer to work from my home, but may be persuaded to help if the request is communicated properly. Named for the bullfrog in Three Dog Night's hit and the 70's mountain man movie, Jeremiah Johnson, I'm a giggling jokester, and can work with practically any animal except snakes and spiders. I currently am in the process of managing a huge 7 bedroom pet friendly house in Pittsburgh's Observatory Hill neighborhood adjacent to the North Hills, Perry North, Perry Hilltop, and accessible easily from I-279 North and the East Street/Hazlett Street exits. I have roommates, and provide ample space for exercise, secure chill zones, and even grooming (coming soon). Dogs are protective, this I understand. I would appreciate some time with the owner (not to exceed any time the dog shows comfort) present as I believe it is the best way to acclimate to the new environment.. My schedule is all over the place, as I provide personalized services when not watching the dogs. My clients do pay house visits, but are well informed of who is here, and what to expect. There are many many humane options of separating dogs acting out, so rest assured I'm flexible and open to ideas and suggestions. That said, I can no longer assure you the place will be your dogs own BnB. I run a daycare for dogs Mondays and Tuesdays (every week), so if your request is carried in to one of the two days, I ask you remember there is no way off of the daycare schedule. I care for all breeds, even special needs and cares, as well as elder pups. Oh, right, and puppies, too! That way you can rest assured that your dog is taken care of with special attention given to him/her, focused on those with high anxiety and former trauma/re-homed. I have no doubt that your schedule (routine) will be followed as instructed. i am easily a morning bird but also ok being night owl. Either way, I respect your time. Dogs are priority on my list above most humans these days, so in relation to overall safety, I am no perfectionist, but I also have sharp adaptability and quick thinking skills. When safety ,if ever, becomes compromised, the dogs always come first. Unless, like, a baby is being born on the street, and Im somehow the only guy there, your pup will be watched over properly. Not to smother them, just the right amount of time.

I have recently retired so available am and pm to care for pets. Also available on weekends and holidays. Very trustworthy and reliable at all times. About: My family and I have taken care and rescued dogs our entire life. I have been around all kinds of animals and have so much love and care for them than I can put in words. I’ve completed a veterinary assistant course so I can put my love for these creations into action. Through my training I have gained pretty thick skin, basically saying I’m hard to gross out or to be spooked off by our furry friends. I understand how much we love our pets, so much so they quickly become family, and that in itself shows the importance of my job here. I would be honored to assist you in your pet/family care needs. I am able to take frequent breaks during the day to give much needed attention. I have always had pets or friends with pets and I’m very attentive. I have a unfenced yard, and frequently take walks. I currently have no pets residing with me so it will not cause any complications with reactive dogs.
