A few months ago, my boyfriend and I found an 8-year-old dog who was a stray in the woods. He lives with my boyfriend so you won’t have to worry about your pet in case they do not do well with other dogs. Welcoming him into our lives has been an incredibly rewarding experience and has taught me even more about earning a dog’s trust, being patient, and understanding that every pet has unique needs and a different personality. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always strive to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Pet care fits well into my weekly routine. I work full-time, but I’m off all day on Mondays and Tuesdays, which gives me plenty of time for walks, playtime, and one-on-one attention. I’m also available after 1:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. When caring for pets in their home, I follow their normal routine as closely as possible.
