1. Kathleen S.
“This was our first time using Rover and Kathleen was a life saver. We needed a pet sitter last minute after Petsmart cancelled our reservation a day before our trip. Kathleen responded quickly to our last minute request and helped accommodate us. She sent us so many pictures during the sitting assuring us our “first born” was safe and hanging out with her new friends. Our 12 year old Shorkie is very attached to us and normally shuts down around strangers but she seemed extremely comfortable and excited to hang out with Kathleen and her family. Thank you again so much!”

They keep us up to date with anything going on that we need to know about, and also keeps us posted with pictures and postive comments to let us know how well Mila is doing. It gives us comfort and peace of mind knowing Mila is well taken care for and happy. Mila loves being with them and feels right at home. “We recently moved and were looking for daycare for our rescue, Sophia, a golden retriever/collie mix. She was used to being picked up and dropped off one day a week for socialization. We were excited to meet Jamie and Clay. Sophia liked them instantly! They picked her up yesterday and when she returned in the afternoon, I could tell she had had a good time because she was tired when she came home. They sent me an update with a picture during the day. I could see she had made a friend to play with. They also sent a report after she came home. Sophia is looking forward to going again next week.”
