Samantha was amazing! Best Rover we’ve had yet. She sent us multiple pictures and updates every day. We have a St Bernard who can’t stay in the hot weather too long and she made sure to keep him in AC with lots of water. We also had an unexpected issue at the end of our trip, and she was able to take on our dog for two extra days which was a lifesaver. She even gave us tips for our dog after regarding some bumps on his body which was kind and helpful. We can’t wait to use her again!
Samantha was AMAZING! I was in a time crunch to find someone to watch my dog, who is a diabetic. I found Samantha who communicated with me excellently, and she asked all the necessary questions to support my dog! She was able to give him his insulin injections with no problems! She sent me videos and pictures the entire time I was away, and sent me updates! As this was my first time ever using Rover I would read my experience with Samantha 100000/10! She was a star ⭐️!
