About: Since high school I have had experience with normal pets to the exotic! I can honestly say that each animal is an individual that deserves their specific needs acknowledged and met. I do have experience with senior animals that need medication as well as special needs, there hasn’t been an experience that I haven’t learned from! I’ve even read books like Caesar’s Way in order to better understand my own pets and help them. I’ve even been known to be a bit of a perfectionist although that was in my earlier years now I can gladly say am a seasoned sitter! Caring for your family member fits into my routine because at the moment I am a dog Mom of one dachshund with a good partner that loves her as much as I do! I also do volunteer work, which is extremely flexible. Aside from that a lot of what I do is online, which works out great when pet care is involved I will care for your family member by noting all of their needs as well as asking any questions I have about the environment if it was not already covered in our introduction. I like to take notes!

About: Hi there! I’m Barr, a wife and mother with a lifelong love for animals. We have a sweet 15-year-old Jack Russell named Indie, and I honestly can’t remember a time in my life when I didn’t have a pet. Animals have always been a huge part of our family, and our compassion for them is one of the reasons we chose a vegan lifestyle. I also worked as a veterinary assistant for two years, where I gained hands-on experience caring for pets and supporting their health and well-being. As a mom, I’m now looking to earn a little extra income while doing something that truly matters to me—spending time with and caring for animals. To keep our dog, Indie, who is incredibly friendly with all animals, safe, I usually take them for three walks each day. About: My whole life, my family, and I have always had pets in our home from spiders, lizards, iguanas, frogs, snakes, birds (including wild, pigeons), fish, gerbils, rabbits, cats, and dogs. I grew up being around extended family members who have had other pets such as monkeys, horses, goats, sheep and chickens, to name a few. 😂 🙈🐶🦋🐷🦄🐐🐾🐍🐸🐱🐇🐭🐹🐿️🫏 As a child, I would rescue injured animals and take them home and nurse them back to health so I could set them free or give them forever home, if they couldn’t go back to the wild. My kids and I enjoy having visitors so we can meet new friends and play. I do not work or have any other obligations so caring for your kids is my number one priority! I am able to give them lots of love and attention throughout the day. We spend the majority of the day playing either in the house or outside. Throughout the day, I spend alone time with each dog so I can get to know your dog and understand their personality. Safety first: I read all dog’s profiles prior to accepting any booking and usually complete a meet and greet in my home! I separate dogs during feeding and treat time, so most dogs who visit are crate trained. (food and treats are provided by the owners). My front yard and backyard are fully fenced independently. 4 foot and 6 foot respectively. We have baby gates throughout the home for the dogs safety. If your dog is crate trained, please bring the crate. If your dog is not crate trained, they can stay in the office/dog room on the bed or the floor in small beds.

About: Wow, I can’t remember a time I didn’t have a dog in my life. I grew up with a dog as a child. When I had a family we had a family dog and he grew up with my children, and have had a handful since. Currently, I have two shih tzu dogs that enjoys being around other dogs and playing. My grown children bring over their dogs for family events and my house becomes a doggy zoo! We wouldn’t want it any other way. I am a trusted friend who takes care of our friends and family dogs. My family home is located in the beautiful Sunset Village Oaks area in Rocklin and it is adequate for dog boarding/sitting. The home and well fenced backyard, each have 3 entries and exits in case of an emergency evacuation. The backyard offers plenty of outdoor space to exercise, explore, play and sun bathe with easy access to a beautiful walking trail. Unfortunately, the indoors isn't big enough for larger dogs and to provide cat care. The indoors living space, however, can accommodate small to medium size dogs and their crates, if preferred. Dogs are kept indoors during extreme weather conditions and only allowed outside for potty breaks. The best effort is made to take your pet on daily walks. There are 2 separate outdoor play areas should a dog be on the shy side. Dogs are fed separately to keep them from eating each other's food and treats, this is to avoid upset tummies and upset doggies. Every dog's behavior is monitored closely to prevent from anyone getting hurt. Safety is my #1 priority. I will update you daily with pictures and short videos for you to enjoy during your time away.

About: It is very difficult for me to have animals in my current situation so I am looking forward to this work as an opportunity to make friends with animals that I would not get to experience normally.
