9. Sandy R.
“Sandy has been wonderful watching over my two dogs. I was in Indiana traveling when I found out that the Rover dog watcher couldn't watch my two dogs anymore. When Sandy found this out she came to my rescue. She was able to watch over them at my house. I was so relieved that she was available and willing to do so. She took real good care of them and administered my labradoodle's medicines. I received updates throughout the day for several days until I got home. Thank goodness she was there for me and my two dogs.”

10. Emily H.
“Emily has cared for my dogs on numerous occasions and done a fantastic job. One of my dogs has some emotional/aggression issues and Emily handled it with ease. She stuck to their feeding schedule and did a great job walking them. She made sure to check in frequently and send pictures to put my mind at ease so I could enjoy my vacations. I would have Emily dog/house sit anytime! :)”

11. Hope A.
About: I have been caring for dogs and cats since i started volunteering at the animal hospital in freeport il. I started doing that when i was ten years old. I have attended just under two years of schooling towards being a zoologist in the past as well. I started fostering with my grandma when i was 14, and I have successfully adopted out 12 pit bulls that would have been put to sleep :) I have pet sit since i was old enough to babysit kids, my grandparents on my dads side were missionaries and would always have me take care of their three cats Lucy, linus, and peanut. I have also helped Noah's ark and Winnebago country with fostering off and on for many years (20 ). I look forward to snuggling your pooch! I work for myself, and can usually be be available almost anytime you need me to be. I am a very responsible and responsive person. I have a fenced yard, harnessed leads and two smooshy olde English bulldogs to keep your fur baby company. I also have cats they can play with , my cats aren't scared of dogs.

18. Rebecca B.
About: Ever since I was a kid, I walked my own dog and my neighbors dog regularly. This led me to owning my own dogs and loving every bit of it from start to the unfortunate end. I am not quite ready to get another puppy under my roof because the love of my life is irreplaceable, but I am ready to love on your sweet fur baby! I am currently working full time but have the capability of being flexible mid week and on the weekends. I plan to fit this into my schedule nicely without anything getting in the way of my scheduled time with your pet! My dog is allowed to roam freely around our property and he is very loyal to our boundaries. I feel that animals aren’t meant to be in confined spaces but should be allowed to roam with larger boundaries. With that said, I am not opposed to crating for those owners and doggies that prefer it or need it. I do have that capability and a large crate for a large dog at home. Our back yard is semi enclosed and there is plenty of space to run and play. Lots of water, tail wags and being apart of the outdoors for pups around my quarters!

19. Estefanny O.

“Estefanny took care of our two dogs (one a senior requiring medications, the other a 10 month old puppy) and our bearded dragon this past weekend. She was able to stay at our place and be with them the for the period of time we needed. This was our first time using Rover so we were a bit nervous about it all. But Estefanny alleviated all those nerves! We are so thankful for her! Estefanny took care of our babies with thorough love and attention. She snuggled them, engaged with them, everything you’d want for your animal babies and more! We also received continuous updates via messages, pictures, and videos. This being our first time with a Rover sitter, those updates meant the world to us! We strongly recommend Estefanny as your potential pet sitter! She went above and beyond. She was a true professional and we were so lucky to have the chance to work with her. We already have her scheduled for an upcoming trip. If you need a pet sitter, Estefanny is your person!”

20. Mariela F.

“Mari took wonderful care of our girls. She came a couple of times in advance to let our older girl get to know her because of how scared Sadie is of strangers. She had a very gentle way with her and gave Sadie time to warm up to her. We will definitely have Mari house sit for us again!”
