About: I love animals of all varieties and will be sure to take care of your furry/scaley/feathery buddy like they are my own. I try to be a cost effective sitter for those visiting the area. You can rest assured that your pet will be well taken care of while you check out what Oakridge and the surrounding area has to offer. I am home most days of the week and am available to watch pets in my home. I do have a couple of cats and small children so pets must be friendly. I have a 6' fenced yard, plus a fenced and gated driveway. I keep my own animals separate to prevent any chance of squabbles. Pets will be kept inside with me, dogs will be given frequent potty trips outside while on leash.

About: I have had animals in my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve had dogs, cats, birds, rodents, and even reptiles. I am currently training to become a dog groomer and I’m taking classes to get my vet tech certification. I have the experience and knowledge necessary to ensure your pets are safe, comfortable and happy with me. I am currently working part time so I have the availability to care for your animals without anything impeding my ability to keep a close eye on them. My house is a large space with a very large fenced in back yard. I have two dogs that are easy to get along with. I have animal gates I can secure if you’d prefer your pets to be separated from my two small pups. I have 3 bedrooms so I can even dedicate a room to just your animal so they have a private and comfortable space.

About: Growing up with pets, I learned at a very young age, that our family dog did not like being ridden like a horse! While I've been around dogs all my life, most of my experience has been acquired during my adult years. I (Laura) am a freelancing Designer, and my husband (Lawrence) is a retired Registered Nurse. Together we have many years of experience raising our own family dogs: First we had a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, then two Yorkshire Terrier's, and currently a Pomeranian mix... ...We also raised a couple of boys, and their motley-menagerie of creatures. I think my heart doubled in size, when I realized I could combine two of my favorite passion's; hanging out with furry little Lapdogs, and creating miniature fashion's for Sport! I also really enjoy doing 'Street' photography of doggies and their humans. Dogs bring us so much joy, we just love making a fuss over them! We live near Downtown Cottage Grove, in one of it's walkable historic neighborhoods. Ours is a child-free home, offering 'Boarding' and 'Daycare' services--hosting only small lap-size dogs up to 18 lbs. Additionally, we also do 'Drop-in' visits in 'your' home for small and medium size dogs. Our fully-fenced backyard features a variety of tree's and flower gardens, with lots of room to romp and play. It's complete with a covered patio that provides protection from rain or sun year around. Most importantly, we want you to feel worry-free, while we keep your doggie safe and happy! We are available full-time to provide pet care. Occasionally, I freelance from home--where I make and sell custom-fit dog wear, including alterations on existing doggie wearables. My husband is retired, so we have very flexible schedules to accommodate and host our Lapdog friends. We can host up to three Lapdogs per day/night. We also can do 'drop-in' visits to your home, for both small and medium size dogs. Well, around here, it's safety first! We host only Lap-size dogs up to 18 lbs. (Also, we only take small breed puppies.) Ours is a child-free home, with a fully-fenced backyard. We can host up to three dogs per day/night. I always sleep in the same room with our visiting doggies--either on our comfy sofas, or our king sized bed. My husband is a retired Registered Nurse. Please be mindful that visiting dogs need to be current with vaccines, flea & tick prevention, and an identity tag. We also have zoned heating and air conditioning throughout our house. There's several doggie-beds, toys, and crate (if requested) or feel free to provide your own. Also, we want to know about anything you think would be helpful in making your Doggie's visit a successful stay. We offer lots of love, cuddles, and belly rubs!

About: I've been lucky to have dogs in my life for as long as I can remember, that is 50+ years of wagging tails. I know how important consistency is for keeping dogs calm, especially when they're staying somewhere new. My goal is to make their time with me feel as close to "home" as possible. Whether your dog (aka family member) wants snuggles, a cozy nap spot, playtime with my dog, or a little quiet space to themselves, I follow their lead and make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I’m currently in between jobs, which means I’m home full‑time and able to give your dog plenty of attention throughout the day/night. My home is relaxed, warm, and set up for dogs to feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. I keep things safe, clean, and low‑stress, and I follow each dog’s natural rhythm — whether that’s playtime, naps, snuggles, or simply hanging out nearby. I share my home with my young male mix‑breed dog (born 12/6/24), a poodle/wire‑haired terrier mix who’s neutered, well‑behaved, and absolutely loves meeting new dog friends. He’s gentle, social, and always happy to have a buddy around, but I also make sure every visiting dog has space and downtime whenever they want it.

About: I've been actively taking care of dogs and cats for other military families since July 2018. Most of this care has been centered around boarding for long vacations or deployments. I provide boarding for all dog breeds, boarding includes; feeding, walking, baths, and cuddles. When your dog is in my care, they are treated like my own dogs. For cats I provide drop in care because most cats don't like being removed from their homes. I am a huge cat person and when your cat is in my care I will do anything to gain their trust. I have a very flexible work schedule and am able to provide board and drop in care daily. I am home most days from work at 3pm and have weekends off. I have a fully fenced in yard with two dogs of my own who are eager to play with new friends. I love to do treat hunts with toys and go for daily walks. About: I’ve been caring for horses, dogs, cats, chickens and yes even cows my whole life and as my kids have become adults I’d love to offer some of my new found free time to your pets as well on temporary basis when needed for vacations, long days away or check in’s or walks when you’re gone overnight or for trips out of town. As a 42 yr old empty nester who can only walk and hike and rollerblade with my dog so much I’d love to use some of my available time to help others with their pets! About: I'm a mature educated adult allowed by my animals to stay in their home. I've cared for dogs and cats my whole life. With a fenced yard, dog door that leads to an enclosed outdoor space (catio with small sized dog door,) and little dogs and cats living here- your safe & friendly pet will love playing all day. I work from home and keep a close eye on the pack with frequent play breaks. No kids, no distractions. I'm 3 minutes from my vet, in case of an emergency. I am comfortable and familiar with giving meds. I love animals of all ages, and senior pets are my soft spot. I have a guest room that can be used for privacy if your pet prefers their space from other animals. I'll sleep in there and make sure they are kept company. I will send you lots of photos and can provide you access to the catio cam if desired. Looking forward to welcoming your friendly pet into our pack! I work from my kid-free home and spend a large part of my life playing with animals. Treats, toys, cuddles, and creating nicknames keep me busy. I've been giving medicine to dogs and cats twice a day for 10+ years. You can trust me to follow through with medical needs. Water gets refilled daily and stainless steel bowls keep water clean. Dogs can run around in the securely fenced yard and let themselves out through the dog door to the enclosed catio at their leisure. My yard has space for dogs to play. No chemicals are used on plants or yard. Your sweet and safe animals are welcome here, and will be safe with my sweet and playful cats and little dogs.

About: Ive taken care of all my own dogs since I was 15, we can bathe, give pills, walks, runs, park trips, rides in the car, hikes. I have a Scottish terrier who has a lot of skin and allergy issues so I know how to deal with all that. I work from home right now as does my fiancé, so someone is always here to watch your pups, and play with them, walk them etc. We have a fenced yard here, a large crate if needed, we have one 10 yr old fixed male Scottish terrier who is good with most all dogs just not aggressive ones, he sleeps mostly all day but he will play when the mood arises.
