About: I believe pets are part of the family and should be treated that way. I have had many pets and love their companionship and have also included them in my daily routine I’m currently unemployed after 34 years with the same employer, I am dependable and experienced as evidenced by the amount of dedicated service to my former employer. I am responsible and really enjoy the outdoors and including my dog in daily activities outside We walk our German Shepherd daily and play with her in the yard. I have 2 cats as well that love to cuddle . We spoil them!

She would stop by at least twice a day to feed everyone and clean the litter box. But what I loved most of all is that she would stay for a while to play with them and keep them company. She babysat so much we referred to her as Aunt Jamie. I have since relocated to Florida but I refer my PA friends to her so they can go on vacation and know that their furry children are in great hands.”

About: I’ve been a dog lover my entire life and I got the privilege of having my own dog for 12 years. After her passing I spent a year living on a dog rescue, taking care of rez dogs. I’m patient and confident in my abilities to take care of your animals I work Monday-Friday 9-4. I host a support group several times a month, which would require me to work until 7pm. Otherwise I’m pretty flexible and don’t have many demands on my schedule Structured routines. Consistent walks and lots of cuddles. “I was very happy with booking Kayla to watch my dog Wesley when I was going out of town. Wesley is on a few life dependent meds that she kept his routine schedule for as well as following along with his other care instructions. I was updated with pictures daily of them hanging out together. I could tell when I got home that he had fun and he did not seem anxious that I was away. This was my first time leaving Wesley with a “stranger” but both he and I were comfortable with her care & service. She was also very accommodating to some things that happened outside of my control during my trip. I will be booking again!”

About: I have 3 dogs of my own now and have taken care of friends and family members pets for over 25 years. I have had both seniors and puppies and can provide loving care to your furbabies. About: I am an MSW student and small business owner who has been in Luzerne County for a little over two years. As a pet owner, I know how stressful it can be to leave your furry family members behind when you're away. I bring over 30 years of pet ownership experience with me when I come to care for your pets. I love hiking and exploring the outdoors and also love a day on the couch watching movies. I have issues hitting a 10 mile trail with an energetic dog or spending the day watching Star Wars with a docile cat. I have a dog and a cat of my own and nothing in the world makes me happier than spending time with them. I am excited to bring the same energy to your dogs and cats! I am open and available and have a very flexible schedule. Currently working a 9-5, Monday through Friday, but can work remote when needed. As of June of 2024 I will be leaving my current role to focus on pet care and to on my business. I am basically available 24/7. I understand how tough it can be to invite a stranger into your home to care for your pets. As a pet owner myself, my aim is to follow your precise instructions and make sure all of your pet's needs are met. My dog is getting up there in age and requires daily oral medication. She also isn't a fan of taking her pills. I am no stranger to coming up with inventive ways of getting my pets to take their medicine.

About: I have helped take care of my family dog for as long as I could take him for walks by myself. I have loved animals all my life, which led me to major in Animal Behavior. At school, I helped to train and care for capuchin monkeys, administering medication and providing enrichment. This will be my main job, so I will have plenty of time to fit into caring for your pet. I am free on weekends to housesit and stay over to take care of your pets. I am free from 12-5 on weekdays, and if need be, I would also be able to stay overnight to care for your pets on weekdays as well. I will be respectful of your space when housesitting and checking in on your pet. I will make them comfortable with me and never overstep any boundaries. Your pet’s care is of utmost importance to me
