About: I’ve cared for pets since I was a teenager, and I’ve worked with almost every type of animal. I have experience with many dog breeds — Rottweiler, Labrador, German Shepherd, Husky, Pomeranian and others. I’ve also taken care of cats of all kinds, including long–hair, short–hair and hairless breeds. I previously had small pets of my own (rabbits, hamsters, decorative rats), and I feel very confident handling them. I also worked in an exotic animal center, where I cared for reptiles and mammals such as pythons, lemurs, raccoons and small monkeys. I’m patient, calm, and attentive to each animal’s needs. I have my own adopted kitten now 🐱. Your pet will be treated with love, respect and gentle care — just like my own. I currently work part-time, which gives me a very flexible schedule for pet care. I have plenty of time for drop-ins, walks and daily check-ins, and I always make sure your pet gets my full attention during each visit. I’m reliable, punctual, and able to adjust to different routines and feeding schedules. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always follow your instructions carefully to keep everything safe and consistent with your pet’s routine. I’m calm, attentive, and very respectful of each animal’s comfort level. I make sure doors are secured, food and water are given as directed, and I keep the space clean before I leave. At home, I take excellent care of my own cat — she has plenty of toys, enrichment activities, high-quality balanced food and a clean, safe environment. I always pay attention to her health and needs, and I bring the same level of care and responsibility to every pet I look after.

About: I have a Husky-Malamute mix at home, and they're known for being one of the most high energy dogs. I can take care of your dog for sure. I am a college-freshman at NYU who’s looking to make some extra money whilst I’m on break back home, and what better way to make money than to take care of your dog! I am timely, and will make sure I give full attention to your pet. I’ll pick up after them, clean them if needed, and feed them all in a punctual manner. I’ll take this job very very seriously if you pick me! I'm back home for the summer, book any type of services available! I am always looking for ways to take care of pets, so anything works. Caring for my Husky-Malamute, I make sure to give him as much attention and play as possible. I love taking long walks (as long as your dog wants), and taking time to stroll around. I know how to avoid aggressive dogs, and also train aggression, as my dog also used to be aggressive. I will feed them on time, let them out to relieve themselves as much as possible, and be attentive to their needs!

About: I absolutely love animals of all kinds and own a sweet 19-year-old cat named Jet. I've owned and lived with pets throughout my life. I have cared for dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, and birds many times throughout my life. I have experience administering medications and love to play with animals. I look forward to meeting your furry and feathered friends! I am a 37-year-old professional swing dance instructor, classical vocal coach, and piano teacher. I received my Bachelor's degree in Choral-Vocal Music Education from Bob Cole Conservatory of Music at CSULB. I studied Molecular Biology for 3 years before deciding to pursue teaching dance and music. I work freelance, so my schedule is flexible to tend to pets' needs throughout the day. I have worked in a variety of settings, including restaurants, music halls, recording studios, summer camps, dance studios, tutoring, and babysitting. I enjoy classic movies, gardening, crossword puzzles, camping, and cooking. I rely on the client to set the ground rules for their own home and pets, and adhere to those guidelines. Every pet parent has a good feel for their pet’s needs and care, and I look forward to learning about each unique pet I get to care for.

About: I’ve had and worked with dogs my entire life, from small to extra large. They’ve all come with different personalities and challenges. I enjoy learning about each dog’s strengths and weaknesses. I am currently working on the weekends and have a consistent client whose dog I walk between 10 and 12 every week day. I also like early mornings and afternoons to myself and my pups to care for their needs well as my own. I have a fenced yard and all my dogs are fairly apprehensive about new people and are mostly neutral about other dogs. Because of this, I won’t do in-home pet sitting.

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was a puppy myself. I currently have a 2-year-old active and playful blue heeler mix that I've raised from when she was 3 months old. I am very active (looooove walks), strong (able to handle strong pulling or heavy dogs), and playful. I have a special place in my heart for large dogs (both young and young-at-heart), but all dogs are welcome. I also love high energy pups! Our sweet family golden retriever/lab rescue doggie passed away in 2018 at age 10.5, so I also have experience with medical care for older dogs. I have two dog-loving young kids at home. We'd be honored to take care of your sweet doggie! I work from home, so I'm flexible to come play and walk your pups throughout the day. My preferred schedule is last mornings (between 9-12) and afternoons before 3:30 pm, but I'm willing to coordinate with you for what supports you and your pup best. For walks, I'm very active, strong, and calm under pressure. If you're booking a stay at my home, I have a large fenced yard with an energetic and sweet 2-year-old intermediately trained dog to keep them company. She is also crate trained! I work from home and will keep a good eye on your pup.

About: I’ve cared for all ages of dogs ranging from puppies (6 weeks and up preferably) to seniors and I’m very comfortable administering medications and treatments. I can lift up to 50lbs and I’m familiar with dogs that have mobility issues too! My dog went to heaven about a year ago, I miss caring for him and working with Rover is a great option until I’m ready to adopt again one day :) Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have! I have the option to be home all day if necessary, or (of course with your consent) take Puppers with me on a car ride (more details later) We live in a very dog friendly community, they recently built an amazing dog park with lots of activities and fresh water. There are paths throughout my community Which makes exploring on walks super fun!
