About: Animal care has always been second hand nature to me. I have had dogs as little as a snow white Maltese Puddle and a brown and black yorkie to something as big a red nose Pitbull and a German Sheperd Pharaoh Hound mix. I have 4 years of on the job animal care experience from when I was employed with Cobb County Police Department (Animal Control Unit) and an abundance of personal experience. Currently I work as a Security Enforcement Agent and have been thinking about animal care again. I hope to be able to be able to assist you and your animal soon. Currently I work fulltime as a Security Enforcement Agent and would like to get into animal care again without leaving my current job fully. I am technically a contractor so adjusting and or changes to my schedules are normal for me and won't be hard to do. The way I care for my dog is probably not gonna be the same for you. But my dog sleeps with me, is allowed on the couch and usually gets multiple walks on my off days and longer walks on work days. I let her free feed, one scoop in the morning that she is free to snack on throughout the day. If its finished before 5/6pm she gets a half scoop. I also give her daily vitamins, dental bones and treats. Lots of love and spoiling. But when it comes to in the clients home there rules for the pet(s) are my rules for the pet(s)

About: I love animals. I have taken care of my families, neighbors, and family friends’ pets for years. I am comfortable with all dog breeds big and small. I have worked with elderly dogs and have been around puppies plenty. I now have a cat of my own named Ducky. To ensure kitty comfortability, I like to respect cats boundaries with touch. Sitting near them to let them get to know you on their terms I found has worked beautifully. I have administered oral medication to my Ducky. I am sure I could do so for other pets considering Ducky is very difficult about it. I also have minor experience with snakes. I would love to feed and hold your snake or other reptile if it generally has a docile demeanor. I pride myself on being thorough, honest, kind, safety oriented, and not afraid to ask questions. I want to make sure your pets are happy and healthy with me! I can also water your plants! I am currently working part time so I can really make anything work. Ideally I have at-least three days notice, but you can contact me on cases of emergency as well. By being honest, thorough with instructions, timely, and asking many questions, I will put the safety of your pets first. I will respect your pets boundaries and your boundaries surrounding your pets. <3

I have 5 years of experience working as a veterinary assistant and practice fear-free methods. Along with a certification in infectious disease prevention and control, I am experienced in senior care, neonatal care, and animal behavior. I am currently available anytime for pet care. I have multiple pets of my own that I also care for, but have a spouse to take over if I'm out overnight I have indoor cats and a dog of my own. Some of my cats are quite skittish, so for their comfort I will not be taking animals into my home. I am completely comfortable with whatever rules are established for your pets (e.g. no dog on the couch) as well as giving medication, special feeding instructions, or strict walking schedules.

Then we made arrangements to do a meet & greet to make sure she was a good fit w/my fur babies. She is better than good, she’s a perfect fit. They love her.
