This includes overnights, emergencies, and short/extended stays. All of the cats are treated with flea medication and I clean multiple litter boxes several times a week. For friends and family, I have had feeding schedules for both dogs and cats, ranging from custom mixed and weighed portions to simply making sure the auto-feeders/fountains are kept clean and filled. My best friend's dog gets playtime and outside time (he has a runner and a ton of toys to play fetch with). About: I have owned and cared for dogs and cats for over 30 years. I have experience with senior dogs with health issues including special feedings. I work as an EMT and have a flexible schedule. I am available at different times of the day in order to care for your pets' needs. I keep all pets on a leash and my concern for their safety is of utmost importance. I would like to know any special requests that you have in regards to safety.

“Susan and her family clearly love dogs and took great care of our two dogs. They have a large fenced in yard with dog door, so our dogs were able to run and explore as they pleased. They only stayed with Susan for one night but clearly had the best time and were very tired out and content when we picked them up. “Elisabeth and Forrest are amazing! From the moment I brought Pixie over for a meet-and-greet, I could feel the positive energy in their home and knew they would be a great fit for her. One of the biggest signs was Pixie’s behavior during our visit—rather than running to the nearest hiding spot, she came out of her carrier, explored the house, and plopped down on the floor as if she were already at home. During Pixie’s stay, she unexpectedly developed conjunctivitis and needed an emergency vet visit. Elisabeth and Forrest handled the situation quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. They kept me informed every step of the way, which gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. By the time I picked Pixie up, her eye was almost completely healed. This was my first time using Rover and my first time leaving Pixie with a sitter, so I was naturally a little nervous. Despite the unexpected health issue, I truly believe Pixie enjoyed her stay and was well cared for. I highly recommend Elisabeth and Forrest and would absolutely trust them with Pixie again.”
