“Elizabeth is a wonderful Dogwalker. She is prompt and informative so that I have Mo 🐶 ready to go. Elizabeth made sure that Mo was comfortable as he is a senior citizen. There were water stops along the way, which was important due to extraordinarily hot & humid 🥵 week. Elizabeth even showed up in the rain ☔️ on our last day. 💫 I received 2 to 3 📸 on each walk for 7 full days☺️. Elizabeth is truly a professional delight. Very highly recommended; 10 out of 10. This a service I enjoy part of vacation as I travel. About: I’ve worked for shelters throughout college and fostered multiple cats, my longest foster was a year! I currently have three cats of my own, adopted from various shelters in NYC and all are super friendly! I’m very good at socializing cats for children friendly homes as well! I’m currently working full time, but I live across the street from my office. So I constantly have easy access to my cats or any fur baby in my home! My schedule is flexible during the week and I am also able to do overnight stays in areas around Stamford! I have a pet friendly apartment that is perfectly situated to house cats overnight or for a day! Fit with water fountains, toys, automatic feeders, and extra space is a cat needs some alone time. I also have multiple double sized litter boxes or a mini litter box situated in the bathroom. Lastly, I have a camera system to monitor the cats fitted with iOS notifications for any emergencies or alarms in the home.

“Wendy is fantastic. She walked my dog all week (who isn’t always the easiest dog to take on walks) but did a great job and gave him a great workout. She showed up on time, went for good leisurely walks and let me know if anything was amiss. One day my pup wasn’t feeling well and she even stayed late to make sure he was ok and settled in! Would definitely recommend especially if you need a repeat walker.”

About: I’ve had animals my whole life, including dogs, cats, birds, and reptiles. I’ve trained multiple puppies, cared for senior dogs, and have years of experience looking after cats. I’m patient, detail-oriented, and always make sure each pet feels safe and loved. I currently work from home, so I have a flexible schedule for walks and drop-in visits throughout the day. At the moment, I’m not able to offer boarding, as my own pets may not adjust well to new animals in the home. My approach is calm and understanding. I like to respect each pet’s unique personality and habits. I don’t believe in being overly strict, but I always make sure they are safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

About: I have always been an avid animal lover, especially a dog lover, and I have always owned dogs. I started dogsitting after I graduated from college to make some money, and I immediately fell in love with it. Being able to provide a loving environment while you're away is very important for the animals, and I strive to be the best at it. My skills include dog sitting, walking, playing, and cuddling. I will also take great care of your home and treat it with respect. I also think it is important to keep the client informed of what is going on so I do like to check in. I have experience in both dogsitting and house sitting and this would let me showcase that. I currently own a Cat and turtle and feed them daily. I also clean the litter box every two days. I also help clean the turtle tank. I would follow the walking schedule for each dog and also adhere to the feeding guidelines. For a cat I would also follow the feeding guidelines and cleaning.

About: I have taken care of several dogs in the past of different ages. This care has included walks, dog sitting overnight and drop in’s. Some of the dogs have required medication and specialized diets. I am currently in a masters program for Occupational Therapy. I am available Monday-Thursday in the morning, Friday nights and Saturday-Sunday all day. I am near some parks with lots of grassy areas and am in a good neighborhood. I will make sure to be attentive to their needs, give them affection and keep them safe during our outings. I will abide by food restrictions and will adjust locations of walks depending on if the dogs are dog friendly/aggressive.
