About: I have been around dogs my entire life, with experience caring for breeds of all sizes. I have always had a natural ability to connect with dogs and have been comfortable handling and caring for them from a young age. Additionally, I have experience house-sitting and providing care for dogs belonging to coworkers, friends, and family members. My lifelong experience and genuine love for dogs allow me to provide attentive, reliable, and compassionate care for every dog I look after. I am currently playing junior hockey, with practices scheduled Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Outside of those hours, I am fully available to provide attentive and reliable care for your dogs. My availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays varies depending on my hockey schedule, but I am happy to coordinate in advance to find a time that works best for you and your pet. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. When caring for pets in their own home, I do my best to maintain their normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific instructions provided by the owner. I provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment while giving each dog plenty of attention, affection, and exercise suited to their needs. Having grown up around dogs of all sizes, I understand that every dog has a unique personality and needs. I strive to make every pet feel comfortable, secure, and loved while their owner is away. I also keep owners updated on how their pets are doing for added peace of mind.

About: I'm Steven, a former science teacher who turned a lifelong love of animals into full-time pet care. I've cared for my own dogs for years (John, a Yorkie, and Lucy, my senior Chihuahua) and have looked after friends' and neighbors' dogs, cats, and small pets for as long as I can remember. I'm Fear Free Certified and Red Cross Pet First Aid & CPR certified, and I'm fully insured and bonded. Teaching taught me patience, routine, and how to read what someone needs when they can't say it in words, which is exactly what good pet care takes. Every booking is handled personally by me, so you'll always know who's showing up at your door. I do this full-time, so your pet is a priority, not a side gig. For house sitting I keep your pet on their normal routine, same feeding times, walks, and bedtime, and I send photo and text updates throughout so you can relax while you're away. I follow feeding and medication instructions exactly (I give my own senior dog her meds on a strict schedule, so I take it seriously). Every booking starts with a free meet & greet so your pet and I are comfortable before anything is confirmed. Since I come to you, your pet stays in their own home, familiar surroundings, their own bed and yard, which keeps them calmest, especially seniors and anxious pets. I treat your home with respect: doors locked, mail brought in, plants watered if you'd like, everything left as I found it. I have two dogs of my own, John, a Yorkie, and Lucy, a senior Chihuahua, so I'm comfortable with everything from high-energy pups to gentle senior care.

About: I grew up in a home with a revolving door of dogs, cats, and even rodents! This instilled in me not only a love of animals but a love of making sure every pet I meet and care for lead healthy and happy lives. I have raised, sat, and boarded dogs and cats of all ages, breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I also now work at a professional doggy daycare/hotel that is connected with a vet office so I am learning more every day! I work at an animal boarding facility so my hours are a bit different every day meaning there’s a nice variety of life for the animals I visit but I always ensure that I have enough quality time with each pet. I make sure to know the pets needs (medical, physical, emotional) and build routines and safety from there! For client homes I always make sure to leave the house (and pet!) as clean as possible, especially after any indoor playtime!
