“We had a really great experience and Nicole took such great care of Mia. Scheduling was easy, the meet and greet went very well. We received pictures and updates of Mia several times for a one day stay. Nicole also took Mia for several walks. Mia is an indoor dog and she definitely received a good amount of outdoor exercise time and indoor down time. Nicole has a 2 year old son who also loves dogs and got along very well with Mia. Nicole and her husband are such nice couple; warm and genuine. We feel comfortable that Mia is in good hands. Mia was happy and very relaxed when we picked her up. Nicole was also really great about accommodating our schedule as we were running late on pick up. We did not have a good experience boarding Mia at a kennel and found Rover.
