“I moved up here about a year and a half ago (almost two years in May) to be closer to my family on Long Island, and it’s been hard not being able to get home as often as I’d like because I didn’t have someone I fully trusted with my dogs. Finding her truly changed that. My dogs are special needs and require daily medications, and one of them, Murphy, is a large dog who needs to be carried up and down a full flight of stairs to go outside. She handled all of this with patience, care, and confidence, which immediately put me at ease. Communication was excellent throughout — thoughtful updates, photos, and great questions that showed she was fully engaged and attentive. We were originally booked over Christmas, and when my trip was canceled last minute, she was incredibly flexible and understanding. She also came to meet the dogs beforehand, which meant a lot to me. She went above and beyond, and for the first time since moving here, I feel confident getting home more often knowing my dogs are in great hands. I’ll absolutely be booking with her again.”

About: I’ve owned and taken care of animals ever since I was a child including dogs, cats, and farm animals. I have extensive experience in handling and caretaking of dogs. I volunteer and walk dogs at animal shelters near me. I am available any day of the week at this time. I can board, walk and sit for animals in my home or their owner’s homes. My first and foremost concern is the animals wellbeing. So I can go to their home if that’s the best option for them and the owner. I can also board in my home. I currently have 1 senior cat who is rather shy but has been around dogs and other cats in the past. I have a big yard where I can take and walk dogs outside to play and exercise. I’ve also been around puppies and high-energy dogs my entire life, as my grandparents board Border Collies. About: I worked at PetSmart for approximately 5 years & have experience with basic grooming needs. I have grown up with both dogs & cats & am always the one friends/family call when they are in need of someone to watch their babies. I truly just love animals of all varieties. I work from home & am able to stay with your pets while you are out of town or at work yourself. I can check in on them during the day, take them for walks, & ensure they are fed and well loved. I am also able to stay at your home when needed. I am happy to abide by whatever guidelines you set to ensure your baby is safe & your home is well cared for as well.

About: I've taken care of cats and several types of dogs, mostly of the large kind, for friends and family as well as raising many kittens in my own home. I have experience with all ages of dogs and am comfortable with high energy dogs as long as they don't have aggressive tendencies. I have worked on some (very) basic dog training, but nothing at all professional. I have also had and taken care of ducks, chickens, rabbits and fish. Although I love the large and old dogs, I’d love to meet your dog no matter the age or size!
