I’ve also been around puppies and high-energy dogs my entire life, as my grandparents board Border Collies. About: I’ve had animals since I was a child, and have always grown up around them. I have a big heart, and love making sure your animals are cared for and comfortable when you can’t be with them. I’m currently working day shift in the Scranton/Clark’s Summit area. I would be available over nights, after work, including weekends. Living in the Clarks Summit area means I will be able to commute well for drop in visits, walks and any other needs you and your pets have. I currently have two dogs and one cat. Since starting Rover in August 21’, I’ve had 10+ repeat clients and have established great friendships with families/people in the community as a result. I have a M-F teaching position 8am-4pm. A half hour lunch long lunch where I can leave to care for your furries in the middle of the day depending on the distance. Dogs will be crated when I’m not home. A little history: I grew up with a miniature schnauzer (Zoie) whom towards the end of her life, needed constant supervision and was administered medicine 3x/ day, grooming/washing daily. I was always there to comfort her until the end of her life and spoiled her beyond belief. Myself and my family provided care to my mini schnauzer for over 12 years. As a child, I never had a dog sitter to send updates, pictures/videos for my sweet Zoie when my family would travel, so I strongly understand the importance of quick and reliable communication/sending updates while you’re away. Experience - administering medicine/injections - cats, big dogs, small dogs, senior animals, special needs pets, pigs, cows, chickens. -exercise/run with your pet -hospice/end of life care (Repositioning every hour, hand feeding, massages, cooking packs, frozen bone broth snacks on warmer days, the list goes on) Pets and animals deserve to be spoiled but most importantly, they deserve to be loved. I have a white fur baby (Minnie). Shes a loyal, sweet and well behaved dog, I’m so lucky and thankful for her every day as she brings me so much happiness. She stays at home with her other best friend, my significant other while I’m away. I have had some behavioral training with my own dogs. I will be able to tend to any kind of special needs your fur/feather babies might have. About: Back on this app after a few breaks. Currently do not have a dog for the first time in 12 years since losing our Golden to cancer recently. I've always had dogs growing up. Love their company and companionship. The unconditional love that they show people is amazing. Very reliable and able to take care of/walk any size of dog. Willing to take dog off your hands and keep it overnight or willing to stop by your place or stay over with your dog. Willing to walk any size dog and willing to make home visits while you’re away to let your dog out/walk him or her. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
