About: Hello! My name is Emily and I am a lifelong animal lover, and I am a proud dog and cat Mama :) I have several years of experience taking care of my own fur babies as well as my friends and families fur babies. I also have two years of experience working for a successful Dog Walking/Petting Sitting Company in Hoboken, New Jersey. I am also available to house sit and give you peace of mind that your fur babies are being well cared for while you are away. I am currently employed full time but I am looking to spend my free time doing something that I love. I am mostly available before 8am and after 5pm on Mondays through Fridays and weekends, but can be available for overnight and longer stays if booked in advance. I have a lot of experience with my previous job caring for pets in my clients homes. I usually like to make sure I speak with the client before the first visit to make sure I get to know their fur babies and where to find everything that is needed. I also would find out if their pet/pets have any allergies or special care that I should know. I will always make sure to meet the clients needs and treat their pet/pets like they were my own.

About: I’ve taken care of animals of all kinds since I was a child - dogs (large and small), cats, horses, turtles, rabbits, even chickens! I have experience in puppy training and care, adult dog and cat care, dog walking, pet-sitting, farm-sitting, and house-sitting. I truly enjoy taking care of animals and will do my best to ensure their utmost safety and happiness while in my care. I’m a college student with quite a bit of availability during my long winter and summer breaks. I am fully available any time of the day or week from Dec 20 - Jan 19 and after May 9 of the current year. Outside of my college breaks, I will have more limited time for pet care, but will still be available most weekends and some of the time on weekdays. After January 19, 2026, I will be unavailable from 8am-12:30pm on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays, unavailable Tuesdays from 7:30-11:00am, and unavailable Fridays from 12:30-6:30pm due to my class schedule. I currently care for my family’s own pets, including two friendly dogs, three cats, and three horses. I live at a home with a large yard in a quiet neighborhood. The yard is unfenced as our family dogs stay within the perimeter of our home. For this reason I will leash or clip client dogs to a long line when taking them outside for their own safety, unless the owner is confident in their recall abilities and/or specifically grants them permission to be off leash while supervised. Pets will always have access to clean drinking water, and I have a few dog crates available to use upon request for dogs who may benefit from one (for up to medium-large size). Our two family dogs (a labradoodle and a sheltie) are very friendly, healthy, up to date on all vaccines, and would love to play with your fur babies if they are friendly and healthy in turn. If boarding your dog at my house, I have limited ability to separate client pets from our two dogs, so if you would prefer your dog to not interact with others, I would suggest choosing a pet-sitting service where I come to the pet, rather than the boarding service where the pet comes to me. I encourage owners to send me a detailed list of any specific instructions you may have regarding your fur baby’s care.
About: My family has had multiple dogs growing up my whole child hood and I now have 3 dogs of my own. I have a Pit Bull, a Husky, and a Shiba Inu. I have worked with all dogs from Great Danes to Jack Russel’s, from new born puppies and helping deliver to geriatric dogs that need special care. I genuinely love all animals and I will treat yours as I would treat mine. And for those of you looking for care for you cats, I had 3 cats growing up 2 of which are still with my parents today. I do also have experience with newborn kittens and geriatric cats as we got two of our cats as kittens and our oldest cat recently passed but we had her for her whole 16 and 1/2 years. I don’t have any currently but I do still love cats and will take great care of yours. Use my Pomo code for $20 off your first booking! Code: JOSIEW31248

About: Hi, my name is Jena and my husband Trent and I live in Western Village Rv Park in Carlisle, PA . Before moving there I lived in Texas for 4 years where I was also a professional dog sitter. Prior to living in Texas, I worked full time at a dog boarding kennel in Wisconsin, which gave me a ton of different experiences; in addition to the 8 years I have been working with Rover! I have a deaf, senior dog, Simba, and have experience in dealing with seniors and with special needs dogs. I also have experience in working with dogs that have severe separation anxiety and that struggle with being boarded in a traditional kennel environment. I can also handle dogs that may be considered "difficult", i.e. little/no recall, poor leash manners, poor obedience skills, resource guarding issues, and crate/kennel anxiety. I am willing to meet your dog where they are and help them thrive while they're with me! Dog Sitting is my full time job which means I am able to there all day for your pup. That also gives me a flexible schedule for drop-off and pick-up times, as well as handling your last minute dog emergencies that come up unexpectedly! We have one dog, he is a 13 year old Boxer named Simba. I can handle any dog, all I ask is that if your dog is not leash trained and you are wanting a walk to let me use a training tool to walk him/her!
About: I’ve been a dog owner my entire life and have had experience owning other pets such as geckos, cats, and snakes. I’ve been a pet sitter for a little over two years. My true passion for pet sitting comes from my desire to be accompanied by them, dogs specifically. I work with dogs of all ages, temperaments, and personalities. Dogs of all backgrounds tend to gravitate towards me and I have never had any negative interactions. While studying for my undergrad, I was actually in charge of all the live animal specimens present on the University grounds. Feeding, exercise, and handling/care were done daily, which can explain my comfortability and familiarity with pet care. I currently am home as I finish my masters degree online so my daily schedule is fairly free. I workout and do part-time contract work when I am not doing schoolwork. I’m extremely flexible and will be willing to meet your needs as best as possible. Simply put, I treat the pets like they are my own. I ensure they are met with sufficient attention, exercise, nutrition, and safety while under my supervision. Minimizing stress is my biggest concern (my dog has separation anxiety so I know how it can be). I’ve found it helpful in the past to use my own dog as a bridge between myself and the client’s pet, as his presence tends to build confidence and reassurance.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was around 5. My brother was very active in the dog community and often took me with him. I took care of his Rotwilliers whenever he vacationed and had several dogs of my own. I have been a dog sitter for friends and family my whole life and have taken care of dogs for my nanny families in the past! I am currently a part-time nanny, but fit in dog care in my off time! I only work two full days a week, Monday and Thursday, so I have plenty of time for my puppy friends! I love to help out other dog parents and want to make dog care my full-time job. When caring for a dog in another home, I can easily follow instructions you leave for me. I can walk the dogs on a leash, take them to dog parks, or play with them in my own yard. If a dog has to come home with me, I have a large home with plenty of yard for them to run and play in. I have small crates at my own home if needed. “Ceara is a reliable dog walker for our ridgeback Oso. We did a meet and greet prior to their first walk and she’s been so good with him ever since. Ceara is our first choice on rover because she is flexible, reliable, she communicates frequently, and because Oso adores her. We’re super grateful to be repeat clients with Ceara and we trust her with our dog.”

About: Hello, we are the Shapiros and throughout our whole life we have always loved, and owned, dogs. We have two of my own right now Our family lives on 1/2 an acre. The backyard takes up most of that, including a 6' privacy fence. Our floors are carpeted, though if any pet has an accident we are willing to clean it. We are trustworthy, kind, flexible, and willing to do whatever it takes to ensure that while you go on a vacation away for the night, or even just have a little "me" time that your pet is safe, and being treated as well as you would treat them if you were home. We have sat for several family members and friends in the past, even as a young teen. Whenever we have little get-togethers with other family and friends we encourage them to bring their pets. They can always roam free through the yard, and if needed a dip in the pool. We can promise that while staying with us, your kiddo will be taken care of as if you never left. It is important to be able to trust someone enough to take care of a family member, and I can promise that I will be able to do the job. I hope to meet some furry-faces soon! We are home all day and on evenings. There are two adults and one senior dog in the home. Potty breaks are done often outside in our fence yard We will care for your pet as our own. We will provide any special care your pets need. We feed all pets separately as to avoid food fights
West Hill dog parents share their Rover experiences
Jamie was the best choice ever! It was my first time trusting someone other than my family with our two dogs and she did absolutely great. I never had to worry about anything - she kept me posted constantly. She even took care of our rug when an accident happened. Her service was beyond our expectations. Jamie is very experienced and handled both our German Shepherd and our Chihuahua excellently. Our big one is a little special sometimes, but he absolutely loves her! I'll definitely request her service again! Highly recommend her!
