About: I’ve loved caring for various pets over the years. Growing up, I’ve been fortunate to be in a family that adores and cherishes our pets. We currently have 6 (3 dogs, 3 cats). Since I was about 15 years old, I’ve spent time helping family, friends, and neighbors with caring for their pets, including staying at their home to be with their fur babies. I have worked with large dogs (American Bulldogs, Pitbulls, etc.) and I have also dealt with small animals (Yorkies, Minidoodles, etc.). I love pets of all kind and would take great care of yours. My services can be dog sitting at your place, taking them for walks, feeding them, or even if you need someone to just visit them to make sure they are okay! I am currently working on my Master’s. My flexibility is open, aside from Thursday’s and Friday afternoons. Otherwise, I am available during weekdays and weekends at pretty much any time, as long as we plan in a reasonable time frame. I will provide services based on your preferences. As for dog walking, I would prefer your dog have a harness and rope leash as these have historically been the most durable for me. However, I’m not too picky and will adjust based on your pets usual care routines.

“Elizabeth was great! She got along well with my (very skittish) cats. All of her visits were on schedule, she checked in with me frequently, and she left everything neat and organized! I would definitely hire her again.”

“Olivia was really wonderful! My cat seemed to take to her immediately. She gave me updates with pictures and when I got home my cat seemed peaceful like she had been well taken care of.”

About: Since 9, I have cared for animals of all ages. I have experience in at home grooming and pet training as well. Rover allows me to connect with not only your pets, but their lovely owners. As a new graduate student, I freed up my schedule to give me plenty of time to assist in pet owners’ needs. Currently, I work part-time, weekends are ideal! I own a senior border collie and young dachshund that are equally socialized to play with other dogs / cats. I grew up with all types of animals. Therefore, I can offer a variety of services.

“Christina house sat for our two cats over the weekend and it was a great experience. She was friendly, professional, attentive to each of our cats’ needs, reliable & trustworthy. Our older cat has CKD and she was able to administer medicine with no problem and gave us daily updates while we were away. She even watered our plants and left our home especially tidy! I would 100% recommend her services and would definitely book her again. Thank you Christina!”

“Sam did an amazing job taking care of my cat Apollo while I was away. My cat seemed happy when I got home which is always a great sign. I’d definitely book with Sam again and highly recommend them to other pet owners!”

“Simon was very competent, reliable and devoted to the care of our cat, Opie. He stayed in our house for a week caring for our cat. Opie seemed happy and well cared for on our return. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simon.”

About: I have been a Professional Pet Sitting for over 10 years and have spent a lifetime caring for dogs and cats. I have been involved and on staff with multiple rescues over the years and am trained in Pet First Aid and CPR. I offer premium in home Concierge Overnight Care for your pets when you cannot be there. Have the peace of mind of your house and pets lovingly cared for while you travel. I am proficient in giving medicines and subcutaneous shots. I collect mail, water plants, do light housework, and send daily reports with pictures. When you book me, you get a full time Pet Sitter! I move into your home for the duration of the stay and only leave for normal daily errands. Do you normally work from home and your pet is not used to being alone for long periods? No worries, I'm your girl! I do my best to keep your pet on their normal schedule. Their routine is disturbed enough with your absence, it's my job to pamper them while you're gone.

About: I've always loved animals and after years of convincing my parents, I got my first dog 11 years ago. He's a wonderful and healthy Pomeranian boy named Saige. Since he was my first pet I initially enrolled him in some classes to be trained where I'd of course accompany him and once the methods of training made sense, I was able to continue the training myself. I even learned to groom him after multiple negative groomer experiences which I'm sure a lot of pet owners can relate to. I actually really enjoy bathing, combing and cutting his hair to a point where I considered working as a pet groomer. I have experience caring for sick pets and providing medication as my dog has had two surgeries for the same genetic condition. I didn't have any significant interactions with cats until a year ago when I saw a stray in my backyard and decided to feed her. I thought she was a boy and named her Levi; little did I know Levi was pregnant and gave birth a couple weeks later to two kittens, Lila and Maya, who I absolutely adore and have adopted since. I knew I loved dogs but I didn't know how much I'd begin to adore cats. Their athleticism, wittiness, unending purrs, intelligence and comforting affection has fulfilled me in many ways. A woman who helped me spay the cats asked me to sit her senior cat named Tiger while she was away multiple times and I enjoyed it very much. From that experience I realized this is something I'd really enjoy doing more so I signed up for Rover. After signing up, I began walking a Great Pyrenees named Zack. I was his walker for over a year before I moved upstate. I loved walking Zack and learnt a lot about dog walking by walking such a big boy. He liked 2 hour walks in the morning and 1 hour walks in the evening so I’m used to long walks if your pet requires! I've had parakeets from the age of 7-16 so know how to provide basic care like food, water, and cage cleaning. I've also been vegan for 10 years now because of my love for all animals. I hope you can intrust me to help care for your pet and spend some great moments with them. I currently work over the weekends, including some Fridays. I'd be available on weekdays to petsit and/or provide walks for your pet! If you have any special request for Fridays you can contact me and I can let you know if I'd be available. I can provide your pet company, playtime, walks, of course meals, necessary medication and even some grooming like baths, ear cleaning, dental cleaning and am open to whatever other specifications you may have for what your pet needs.

About: *AKC evaluator and trainer* I've been a passionate pet owner for as long as I can remember, and my experience spans a diverse range of animals. Over the years, I’ve cared for everything from a fascinating Savannah monitor lizard to a vibrant saltwater aquarium, where I've successfully hatched sharks. My love for animals has also led me to breed Goldendoodles for three years, which was an incredibly rewarding experience. Currently, I’m the proud owner of a Standard Poodle named Lucy, who brings immense joy to my life. She’s not just a pet but a cherished companion, and I take great pride in her. What truly distinguishes me from others is my hands-on experience in training my own service dog. This unique skill set has equipped me with a deep understanding of animal behavior and training techniques. I’m committed to providing ongoing updates and insights, ensuring that the training and well-being of my pets, particularly Lucy, are continually enhanced. You can expect to receive these updates whenever you like, giving you peace of mind and allowing you to see how well your pet is doing in my care. Your pet’s well-being is my top priority, and I am committed to providing both exceptional care and transparent communication throughout their time with me. Safety and trust are paramount for everyone involved. I believe that the cornerstone of being trustworthy and providing a secure and welcoming environment for your pet lies in consistency, compassion, and humility. About: I have always had a special connection with dogs. I grew up with dogs and treated them like part of the family. I have been primarily working as a pet nanny for 5 years for someone who traveled to Europe on a monthly basis. They are staying in Europe indefinitely so I am looking to add some new clients. I can offer your dogs fun playtime and a sense of stability by caring for them in their own environment. I am also available for walks and drop in visits. I send pictures and updates daily. Your best friend will be spoiled and pampered with me. I have a very flexible schedule with plenty of availability as this is my main job. I can also do long term sitting up to 6 weeks if necessary. I am responsible and professional and respectful in your home. Besides caring for your pets, I am happy to pick up mail and water plants.
