I'm a bit picky & precise about animal care - we have a robust, simple, full-bodied care routine - for a blind senior dog with separation anxiety, and a chill down-for-snuggles cat with TONS of indoor/outdoor procedure. Stone listened carefully, confirmed understanding, set boundaries around their availability and comfort with different things, and communicated just the right amount with a down-to-earth & secure vibe. A simple, elegant, smooth experience, even though we can be a dynamic household. Would def rebook, and fully recommend. <3”

“Jordyn is reliable, dependable, and conscientious. But most important of all - Toledo loved her. We had never had someone stay in our home before to take care of our 16 pound 1 + year old Havenese. Toledo loves to play and walk and Jordyn did those things with him in spades. We received pics thruout. When we came home Toledo was healthy and happy and not the least bit traumatized by our absence. We owe that to Jordyn who maintained his regular schedules and loved him like her own. Jordyn also took care of the mail and the house was in good order upon our return. Thank you Jordyn. You are the best! ❤️”

“Kim was FANTASTIC. I'll start by saying that I've come home from trips using other sitters in the past and my animals were understandably stressed/anxious. This time, I came home to happy critters who clearly were loved and cared for with zero stress. That is a seriously tall order for 1 dog and 3 cats! Kim was also super communicative without bugging me throughout my trip. House was perfectly neat how I left it (even though I definitely don't expect that!) BEST Rover sitter I've ever worked with, we appreciated you so much Kim!”

“Suddenly stuck in the hospital 2ith no one to care for my puppy (who has some behavioral issues), my kitten, and my elderly dog (who has multiple medications) and no ability to interview or even meet whoever I hired. I am so glad I took a chance on Bella. All the other reviews are true! House tidy and meds given. Dogs and kitty clearly loved her. What I can also tell you that other reviews don't is that she is extremely flexible and kind. Her compassion extended to my emergency situation which was very precarious. We needed to schedule on a day by day basis. She had my only key to my home and I was hospitalized. She sent pictures and reassurance and was able to flex her schedule to accommodate my difficult situation. By the second day I wasn't worried about my babies at all and I was able to relax and heal.
