“Karen made drop-in visits to care for my cat while I was on vacation. She came twice a day, early in the morning and again at dinnertime. She provided food, fresh water, changed the litter, and kept the areas clean. She also took away the used cans to recycle & took away the litter. The texts and photos were reassuring. I definitely recommend Karen. She was thorough and reliable.”

“Morgan was great! Communication was easy and prompt; she followed all our directions and made sure our cat was well taken care of, even on short notice. No issues - would hire her again!”

About: I’m a 32 year old teacher who is looking to take some new pet friends on walks this summer. I have an almost 3 year old chihuahua who is the center of my world, and I have previous experience house-sitting, walking and boarding. I’d love to meet you and your furry friends! Available starting June 20th, during the week and most weekends. Typically available 8-4, and can walk your friend near you or take them on an adventure! Available to help year-rounders and seasonal friends! Boarding can be worked out on request! My wife and I have a fenced in yard, and our fur baby Bonsai is very dog-friendly. The yard is decent sized, and I stay outside and play with our friends in order to keep an eye on them. We can crate as needed, and are pretty flexible. Bonsai and I love our walks, and I can bring Bonsai along to keep your pet company if you would like! As for boarding, we’ve had three different sets of furry friends board at our home already this year!

About: I grew up with golden retrievers but have cared for and spent time with dogs of many breeds and sizes. Building trust and showing love is the name of the game. I work part time and enjoy being active outside so there’s nothing like enjoying the outdoors walking and playing with a dog. I know how important a good long and fun walk or just a nice long visit is especially when a dog is missing his/her loved ones. Safety is my main priority and I’m always aware of other animals, obstacles and the environment. I double check everything. Your dog’s safety, comfort and happiness is my priority.

“Emily took the best care of our cat, Wallace. She went above and beyond with all of the photos and notes and was so helpful when our automatic litter box was acting up. She’s such a sweet person and we wouldn’t hesitate to rebook.”

“We were New to the neighborhood and in need of a Petsitter . Alexa came to meet us and our cat Sophie and has cared for her on 2 occasions. We will definitely book her as a sitter again. She has been prompt, and always responds quickly, sends pictures and takes time to pet our spoiled kitty. Thank you Alexa!”

About: Hello! My names Marisa, i was born and raised on Cape Cod, and am always looking for any reason to be outside, especially with a furry friend. I have about 5 years experience in pet-sitting, from in home care for kitties to daily visits to run larger breed dogs. I myself have been a doggy momma to mostly smaller more energetic breeds but in 2021 adopted a large pitbull mix from a city shelter and absolutely fell in love. I'm currently available for overnights and daily visits whether it be a quick walk, a run around the block or a ride to a local park to play with the neighborhood pups. I can provide references for both dog and cat sitting in the past as well as more local references from the vets and past customers. I am employed at a local HVAC company during the week days, leaving my M-F availability 4pm-midnight only. Weekends I am entirely available 24 hours a day. As someone that used to work 15 hour days and still do my very best to get a few good walks in for my boy, i totally understand the guilt that comes with a long day of being away from your pet, whether that be for work, travel, or just a full day or errands, and i love the idea of helping other pet parents avoid that feeling.

“I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Caitlin. I needed a last-minute drop in as our plans had suddenly changed and I’m so happy we chose Caitlin. She was responsive, flexible, prompt, and catered to about 14 special requests. She kept us updated during her entire stay and sent ADORABLE pictures and videos. If you’re looking for a responsible, kind, dog-loving person to help you out, look no further! Our dogs LOVED her, too!”

“Rae did a great job taking care of our cat. She was easy to communicate with during our trip and did everything perfectly regarding specific instructions. I would definitely hire her again.”

“I hired Heather for drop-in visits for my two cats and she was wonderful — friendly, professional, responsive, and dependable. I will definitely book her services again. Highly recommended.”

“Taigh was very responsive and easy to work with! My cat even enjoyed his company (and she is very picky about who she chooses to spend time with)!”

“Paige was great with our cat! In addition to 2x daily feeds, she spent a lot of time playing with him, and changed his litter. I highly recommend Paige for pet sitting.”

“Excellent job with our elderly timid dog! Will definitely use Ellen again”

“Jessica was great! I have a shy cat and Jessica was able to win her over day one. I feel like that speaks to how calm and caring Jessica is as a person. Happy to have found her!”

About: Hi there! I’m a Cape Cod transplant from Boston who works remote full time. I consider myself equal parts couch potato and active- love a good, long, hot girl walk or an evening bingeing a Netflix series, sandwiched with some quality couch naps. I have experience with pups of all sizes, animals with specific needs, and I also understand how important it is to find a person you trust to take care of your baby. I’ll probably come up with 10+ nicknames for your sidekick by the time the walk is over, have a full fledged photoshoot happening during each visit, or attempt some random tik tok trend together mid sleepover. Trust me- we’ll be besties. I do have a dog in my home- his name is Rocco and he is a 5 year old Lagotto Romagnolo with a ton of energy! He's also a major napper- but he's down to play! I currently work remote full time, so I have plenty of time to care for your pet. Besides meetings, my schedule is flexible so I can make a lot of things work. I myself am incredibly mindful of my own well-being, safety, and health, so making sure your pet has the same experience is important to me. On top of that, I am happy to follow any of your own rules/policies/wishes. I am also available for half days or special arrangements, feel free to message me for more information.

About: I helped raise and train my 5 year old Aussie. Have been regularly taking care of my friends and family’s dogs for years now. Very excited to take care of your furry friend! I work fully remote from home. I love helping in any way I can with someone who has a busy schedule. Would love to walk, feed, and take care of your dog in anyway. I currently live at a home that does allow pets, and I am happy to come to your home and take your pets on walks, feed, and assist in anyway possible.

About: I am living in Concord while I apply to law schools. My family has had dogs my whole life. I have always been an animal person. I grew up around horses and have always had 2 large dogs. I have never met a dog I didn’t get along with. I am available pretty much all the time. I do not work currently, so I can focus on my studying and applications! I am available for dog walks or visits, or dog sitting! My family has two standard poodles. One is 7 and the other is 14. My parents are getting older, so I walk them daily. I will follow all instructions for any dog I am walking. One of my dogs is extremely old, so I have a lot of experience with elderly dogs.

About: I grew up with dogs since I have memory. I've pet sit for my family. When I moved to Cape Cod I started helping out my coworkers with their pets taking them for walks and staying over to take care of them when they had to be away . I can be flexible when is about taking them for an hour walk, but preferably I will take bookings after 5pm I am free from my official job. Unfurnately I can't have pets in my home (landlord's rules), but i will happily take care of them in their home and follow care instructions of the owner.

About: Hi! My name is Sophia and I am a year round Truro resident. I have interned and worked with several local organizations like the Center for Coastal Studies, the Dolphin Fleet and the National Seashore. I’m a big animal lover and really enjoy going on walks exploring the fire roads and beaches with four legged company! I have several references in Ptown and Truro, and love spending time with pets of any age or size. Your pets safety and well-being is my highest priority and I have experiences sitting pets with special needs. Whatever your routine is, I’ll keep it running smoothly. If this sounds like it might be a good fit, I look forward to playing with and spending quality time with your fur baby! Sophia I am currently flexible with my schedule until May 6th. After that I will be working with the National Seashore in water quality monitoring and will mostly be available at night (after 4:30pm) during the week and flexible on weekends. I am happy to adjust to any routine you may have at your home! Most importantly, I will create a calm and safe environment for your pet.

About: I’m an active, young, professional, animal lover! Coming from a family of animal enthusiasts, I was lucky enough to take care of our 4 dogs, 3 Guinea pigs, 2 parakeets, and plenty of fish during childhood. I have experience working with the Brewster animal shelter as a volunteer, as well as with the wildlife sanctuary in Orleans. These opportunities along with my household of pets has given me a wealth of knowledge on how to properly handle animals of every size. My experience with handling dogs is wide, ranging from taking care of a 12 pound blind miniature pinscher, to an 80 pound energetic lab mix. No dog is too big or too small! I have experience with elder dogs, puppies, as well as dogs with both physical and mental disabilities. My animals have a large range of dietary needs so I am familiar with specialized feeding protocols as well as administrating medications. I have experience in training my own animals, so I am comfortable working with animals with mild behavioral issues and different temperaments. Eastham is my hometown but I work in Boston during the academic calendar year. During the school year, I use my visits home to send time with my dogs and take them for walks! I try to visit at least every other week and if I can’t make it, I end up sitting myself down in the Commons to dog watch. I will be home for the summer months and I’m excited to surround myself with animals again! My home has a fenced in back yard to allow our animals the freedom to run and get some exercise. I’m comfortable with crating as my family has crate trained all of our furry friends.

“Paulette has been a very reliable, positive and loving caregiver for our 2 young male cats. She easily learned their feeding and daily schedules and was quick to inquire if she had any questions. She came as scheduled , 2x a day and sent us little videos or photos of our cats playing , eating or interacting with her. Paulette has a very relaxed and confident presence and is an obvious animal lover. She also gave us informative feedback based on her observations while caring for “our boys”. I highly recommend Paulette. She is the best!!!”

19. Sophia M.
“Sophia has watched my 3 dogs numerous times over the years. She is my go-to dog sitter when I get stuck at work or go out of town. She is great with my dogs of all ages, ranging from puppy-age to an elderly dog. They all love when Sophia comes over, as my younger dog like to have what I call a "Sophia-meltdown." We recently had an emergency with my older dog, right when Sophia arrived for the evening, she was great helping me load my elderly dog up, remained calm for the others, and aided me at the emergency vet. I highly recommend booking with her as you know your animals will be well loved and cared for under her watch.”
