Pet Sitting in Wellfleet

About: I raised my blue heeler since he was a puppy in 2020, so I have training experience and am used to high-energy breeds! I took care of my previous dog as she was aging too, so I am comfortable with administering medication and senior care. I have both a dog and cat at home (Dewey and Pumpkin!) who I love and care for. I am currently a member of AmeriCorps Cape Cod. I live in Wellfleet but am usually in Harwich during business day hours. I am almost always available after 4pm and on weekends, or during my lunch break if you are close by! I unfortunately cannot have pets in my house, but I am more than happy to take care of your pet in its own home. I will spend as much time there as possible to keep your pet company and ensure bathroom breaks at least every 4 hours.

About: I grew up with animals. As a result, I have had the responsibility of animal care since I was 6 years old. It is a part of my core self. I trained a rescue pit bull in my adult life. Through this process I learned a lot about the psychology of dogs and how to be a responsible dog owner. I had 12 wonderful years with her. I lost her in May and i am missing that canine connection. I am responsible, dependable, and I have a flexible schedule and a calm home. I have a flexible schedule. I work full time but some of that is from home. When I am not, at home, my office is a 7 minute drive away. Well behaved dogs can come to my office me. I have a small home that is primarily one floor. It has a yard (not fenced). I do not have children or other pets. I live a quiet and calm life and I am able to attend to animals with full attention.

About: I’ve taken care of pets for 15 years, and dog walked, cat sat, and housesat for various friends and neighbors, as well as grown up with cats and dogs. I’m currently serving with AmeriCorps with free evenings as well as free weekends. My schedule is quite variable day to day so despite working full time can be quite accommodating! I follow house rules and will ensure that in my care your pets do to. I am comfortable crating dogs and keeping cats to allowed spaces. Additionally I know everyone has different routines and will adapt to make your pet most comfortable and follow what works for your household.

About: I have taken care of my own cats and dog for 10 years, and I've been trusted with neighbor's pets too. Their routine and safety is my priority I am available weekday afternoons and weekends to drop in, walk, or house-sit! At home, I was always in charge of our dog and four cats for extended periods. I am good at responding to a pet's needs, especially if they have special needs, and will always prioritize your guidelines for care and their safety.

About: I have had dogs all while growing up, I absolutely adore them. I am used to being around and caring for dogs of all sizes and ages as well. I am not afraid of dogs and can comfortably handle all energy types! I have been regularly dog sitting and walking for the past 5 years so I am very comfortable in most situations. I am a recent college grad working full time currently but I would love to spend any and all of my free time with and caring for your dog :) I work Tuesday- Saturday 8am-4pm, Sunday and Monday are my days off. I will not be able to care for pets in my home. In a clients home, I would follow whatever protocols they have regarding their dog(s) and property in order to ensure satisfaction and peace of mind.

About: Hello my name Nico I'm extremely hard working & do every task with love. I'm a huge animal lover & defender. For me animals are more then a pet , they are family , and the love and warmth that they transmit heals the soul. I know how important they are and how it feels being far away from them. For me this job is more then a job but a way of helping the owner feel peace on knowing his little one is safe. About: I grew up with golden retrievers but have cared for and spent time with dogs of many breeds and sizes. Building trust and showing love is the name of the game. I work part time and enjoy being active outside so there’s nothing like enjoying the outdoors walking and playing with a dog. I know how important a good long and fun walk or just a nice long visit is especially when a dog is missing his/her loved ones. Safety is my main priority and I’m always aware of other animals, obstacles and the environment. I double check everything. Your dog’s safety, comfort and happiness is my priority.

About: Dogs are the best kind of “people” I’ve never met a dog I didn’t like. Engaging and playing with a dog is good for the soul as well as the mind. Nothing is as satisfying is running and exploring on the beach, meeting new friends, splashing in the surf, etc. I am all about fun being had but I also maintain a safe home and activity. I am highly organized and also very much in tune with your dog’s Health and well being. As a teacher it is critical to be in tune with your students needs. About: I grew up with dogs since I have memory. I've pet sit for my family. When I moved to Cape Cod I started helping out my coworkers with their pets taking them for walks and staying over to take care of them when they had to be away . I can be flexible when is about taking them for an hour walk, but preferably I will take bookings after 5pm I am free from my official job. Unfurnately I can't have pets in my home (landlord's rules), but i will happily take care of them in their home and follow care instructions of the owner.
