“Stephanie was friendly and my dog was at ease with her right away. She sent a lot of pictures and a video which was awesome. The trailer where she lives is a little rough. I don't think Toivo minded much. There's a lot of property for walks too.”

About: I have taken care of cats and dogs my entire life. Their personalities and idiosyncrasies are so interesting for me to uncover. I would love to get to know your fur babies also. I am extremely fortunate that I was able to retire from full-time employment and am presently employed part-time during the spring, summer, and fall months. I have lots of free time, and I like to stay active. I love animals and enjoy being able to stay active with them. I am passionate about animal safety and welfare. In Michigan's non-sub zero weather, I love walking my dog and cats - in their stroller - to ensure they all get daily exercise, fresh air, and stimulation. My pets are my family, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I have two cats, Ginger & Lucy, and a dog named Purdy. Ginger & Lucy are indoor cats, and I have a stroller that they love to ride in on walks. My dog loves her walks in the park, woods, and playing at the dog park (when there are very few to no other dogs there. My dog is dog & cat friendly, although she is young and sometimes likes to play too rough for the kitties. We handle this with baby gates and bridges so the cats can still move around the house with ease.

“Buddy's stay with Edward went great. The drop off and pick up was quick. Ed took picture and sent update of Buddy chilling with another dog. I would highly recommend Edward and use him again in the future.”

“Megan was great with Cassius. He stayed with her for four nights over Thanksgiving while we went out of town. She made him feel at home and went out of her way to make sure that he was comfortable and learned his personality pretty quickly. Megan is very sweet and able to handle our 95lb toddler with patience. She was able to give him medicine, take him for a walk, and play lots of fetch in her fenced in backyard. Megan kept us updated daily and send photos and videos. I would happily board Cassius with her again and would vouch for her ability to befriend pups of all sizes.”

“Jeanne was wonderful with my dog, Ginger. This was my first time using Rover and leaving Ginger with anyone besides family. Jeanne was very friendly and sent pictures of Ginger throughout her time there which was reassuring. My dog loved being able to run around in the fenced in yard. Would highly recommend!”

“Sage was wonderful with my three little dogs. She sent pictures/videos and kept me updated on how they were doing the entire stay. She was very understanding and patient with the doggie that we just rescued. Will definitely book with her again.”

“Claire did great with Sansa. She was accommodating for us, took great care of our dog, and sent us updates and pictures as well! Sansa came home and acted just like normal, so I knew she was perfectly comfortable and that says a lot for me. Would use Claire again for sure!”

“Kelsey and her family made my pups feel at home the weekend they spent with them. They had never boarded before so I was nervous. She was very reassuring and communicative when I would text to inquire how they were. The dogs were safe and loved there. We would recommend Kelsey and her family as great place for your pet to stay.”

“Kara was especially interested in Meshas's routine care that would make her stay more comfortable. Her daily photos and updates on Mesha's eating and purring helped me feel more comfortable. I felt that Kara really cared about both Mesha and my concerns, so I knew my cat was in good hands. Thank you Kara”

About: I’m 23 years old and I have 2 dogs. One is 7 and the other is 1 year old. I got them both when they were puppies so I’ve had dog experience for 7 years now. I like to take them for walks daily if weather is permitting as well as play fetch. I am a CNA but I do home care so my schedule is flexible, I can work mornings or nights. I love doing Outdoor activities. I have a nice fenced in back yard for them to run around and get their energy out. So far I’ve taught my dogs how to sit, shake, dance, and high five with both paws. I want to continue to teach them more tricks. I’m sure my dogs are looking forward to having more buddies to play with!

“Cher is an angel and truly a blessing. She helped me out last second when I had to go into the hospital and suddenly had nowhere to put my baby for 4 days and I will never forget what she did for me. I know my dog had to have been terrible with her separation anxiety from me but Cher kept me updated and didn't even complain about some of Icey’s less positive aspects. Do not even consider booking anyone else in the area if Cher is available. Thats all I am going to say.”

“Ashly was great! Very accommodating to our schedule and to our boy Hank. We had an enjoyable and relaxing get away knowing Hank was well taken care of! Highly recommend, and will definitely call Ashley again when we are in the area next summer!”
“Max and Mariah took great care of our two 9 month old pups over an entire 4-day holiday weekend. These puppies are high energy and were allowed to play in their fenced in yard to their heart’s content and adjusted well to their already busy household. I will definitely check with them first if ever needing boarding again.”

“Madison is amazing!! I’ve never felt comfortable leaving my dog at a boarding facility because of his anxiety. Not only does Madison keep me up to date with what they are doing, but she sends pictures and videos! I know he’s in excellent hands with Madison, and will keep returning as long as she will be doing rover!”

“Lucy had a wonderful experience with this awesome family. They are real pet lovers and it shows with the care and love they give. It was so nice to see the pictures of our dog having fun, being happy and making herself at home during her 5 day stay. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back. Thank You!”

“Tabitha was great with Addie! She and her family made a gentle introduction to their other dog, and they had endless running and playing in their fenced yard! She also sent a bunch of photos and a video. We were grateful that our dog had such a fun filled day while we were away!”
