“She was wonderful with my puppy! He’s recently adopted so we were working on separation anxiety and first dog parent concerns. Claire was so helpful and patient.”
“Amanda was amazing and I had a unique requirement of getting help from Amanda in the last moment of my moving. She called me immediately and helped me set up booking. She was very friendly and made my puppy and cat feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Amanda and I will surely be contacting her for any future help needed .”
“Hailee coordinated very well with us and pivoted as our plans changed. She sent pics as she visited and shared any concerns that came up. We look forward to trying her and Manny again!”
“Abby was great as always! Will definitely have her watch my cat again!”
“Our senior dog does not like to leave her house so when we were going on a longer vacation and could not get a family member to come sit with her and let her out consistently enough we were not sure what to do. Luckily, we found Leesa who put us at ease knowing that our girl was in good hands while we were gone! Leesa went over and above while house sitting for us spending time with our dog and taking care of and watch over our home at the same time. Our dog has a hard time eating while we are away and she went out of her way to get her canned food to help spark her appetite and ensured she ate! We came back to a home that was cleaner than when we left and Leesa took the initiative to do things we hadn't even asked of her. Most importantly, our girl got to stay in her home in the least anxiety provoking situation possible for her, we are so grateful and will absolutely be contacting her again in the future if we need to go out of town!”
“Jami was wonderful with Finn and treated him like her own! She was very communicative and a perfect house guest. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks, Jami!”
“Liesa is wonderful! She is very professional, timely, great with the dog, trustworthy; I would recommend her for a walk or overnight stay! Thanks Liesa for being flexible!”
“Dionte is a great coworker and every time I’m visiting my family in Chicago weeks at a time, he takes great care of my cat.”
“Miranda was excellent with our senior dog and took great care of him. She made sure he was well fed, got his potty breaks, and had plenty of time for his naps. She kept us updated and sent photos while we were gone. I would highly recommend Miranda and her outstanding care.”
“Angie is awesome! I just got home and found everything just as I had left it. And when I had to leave for vacation, my sweet girl wasn’t feeling the best. Angie took everything in stride and took such good care of my pup while I was gone. I absolutely would not hesitate to have her back.”
“We adore Sierra. She really loves dogs and gives them so much love and attention when she is here taking care of them. We won’t use anyone else!”
“Shelby was a rockstar with our girls! We will use her as long as she will have us. Our German Shepherd has some trouble with strangers, and she made her feel so comfortable from the start. She gives them all the love and care she can and they deserve. ❤️”
“Hi! Rachel has taken care of my pet cat Duke before and did an amazing job!! She made sure Duke was cuddled with, fed, and played with when she stopped over!! She also was very communicative about anything with him, while sometimes sending pictures of him!! Rachel loves animals and does an incredible job caring for them. Any pet she meets, she treats them like they’re her own pet. I would ask her to watch my pet again!!!”
About: During my junior year of college, I was blessed with the opportunity to raise a 4-month-old golden labrador service dog in-training (SDiT) named Weller. I underwent roughly 10 hours of training in order to earn an SDiT Handler Certification, which teaches someone all of the necessary skills to raise an SDit puppy. Weller was taught obedience commands, mobility commands, and other skills necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of a service dog. Two of Weller's more impressive feats include learning how to hit handicap buttons to open doors on campus and learning how to close kitchen cabinets! He went on to become a breeder for future service dogs at 4 Paws for Ability in Xenia, Ohio! In addition to my experience with Weller, I grew up with two lovely cockapoos, one of which struggled with more health issues. Because of this, I learned how to administer eye drops, ear drops, and pills from quite an early age, so these are also skills that I have if necessary! I'm currently working part-time on campus as a college student, so that gives me plenty of time to spend with your pups! I am able for walks, boarding, sitting, and other services, but require about 3 days in advance for cancellation. I am pretty flexible, so communicate your needs with me, and I will fulfill them to the best of my abilities. Safety is always my number one priority with your pups! I have an apartment with a fairly large area to walk around and explore with very kind neighbors who look out for one another since most of us are students together. I will attend to any specific blankets, toys, or items that your pet requires nearby before she/he can successfully achieve a barking good night's sleep!
“Sara was amazing with our puppy. We had a meet and greet and our pup loved her. She was great throughout the stay as well. Would definitely recommend her and have her watch my puppy again. Thanks Sara!”
“Hello, my name is Paola R. Ive been Carla’s best friend for quite some time now and I have to say, I’ve never seen someone as caring and lovable towards all animals. She also has previous experience handling a variety of animals and is very responsive to anything they might need. She would be an amazing pet caregiver!”
“Lisa was brilliant! Took great care of our 1 year old pup, kept us up to date with lots of lovely pictures & was really understanding of his fussy eating. She managed his exercise very well during a really hot holiday weekend. We came back from our vacation to a lovely clean home & a very happy dog. Would rebook in a heartbeat!”
“Very personable and great attention to detail. Watched my 4 dogs and done amazing.”
About: I’m a full time mom - one toddler and two cats - and I’ve been taking care of my family and friends‘ pets for as long as I can remember. Old to young, big to small, cat or dog, I love them all! I have a degree in Mass Communications, a minor in French and I’ve spent most of my professional life thus far in the restaurant industry, always keeping my animal care on the sidelines. With a global pandemic threatening the future of the industry I’ve spent so long in, I think it’s time to develop my dream career - full time independent pet care. I have lived with and cared for newborn animals, and I recently lost a beloved 18 year old family cat. So I have experience with all ages and needs. Let me help you give your pets the absolute best care! I have lots of extra time for pet care! Working only a couple days throughout the week, leaves me with plenty of time to look after clients! Every pet has a different temperament and different needs, so I try my very best to give every animal unique and specialised care each time. As soon as I can build enough of a clientele in this area, I can make it my full time priority. I try to schedule any other commitments around my pet care commitments. In my home, I’d take them on leashes walks in the surrounding suburbs and to the local dog parks as well. Thankfully there are several lovely dog parks very close!
“Isabella watched our dog for a weekend and was so great with him! She was great at communicating with us throughout the weekend, following his schedule and sending us pictures :) We felt comfortable enjoying our weekend knowing our dog was in good hands :)”
