About: I've taken care of puppies and senior dogs for 6 years. Mainly for my relatives, friends and coworkers. Now I'm ready to branch out. I have more experience with senior dog care but I do have some knowledge in puppy training and care. I've only taken care of two cats. I'm a stay at home mom and could easily take care of 1-2 dogs at a time. My schedule is flexible. I wake up early and go to bed early for my baby. My husband and I own a duplex with an unfenced yard. Your fur baby will have there own apartment while boarding with us. I'm basically using our upstairs unit as a dog bed and breakfast. I can regularly check on them, take them out for potty breaks and walks in my neighborhood.

About: Dogs are my everything. I have watched and cared for dogs for years and am meticulous about following instructions and providing updates and photos. When I care for your dog, they are my only responsibility. I am currently working temporarily in the area until the end of December. I actually have three little senior dogs back at home with my partner, but since I am away from them (and free from my dog parent duties) I have quite a bit of free time (especially on the weekends and evenings). I would love to be able to help your dog(s) during my time here in Ohio. I work at WPAFB, which means that I am busy during the workday. However, on the weekends and in the evenings I can be completely free to care for your dog(s). I can care for all ages of dogs. My dogs take medication, so I can handle and understand the importance of administering medication. I am very communicative and love sending photos. And if I don't know something, I will always ask!

About: I've had dogs ever since I was 10, but my experience with them goes far beyond that. When I was a little kid, before I ever had a dog, I would go to this read with a dog program called "Paws to Read." I would spend countless hours reading to the dogs and befriending them, along with a cat or two here and there. When I was 10, I got my first dog, a husky, and gave him a wonderful life. He had quite a few medical issues and behaved older for his age because of it, so I know how to provide senior pet care. He has since passed, but my two current dogs, one pitbull and one pitsky, remind me every day how important pets are to me. I've had them both for eight years now, during which we've taken numerous car rides, walks, enjoyed outside and inside playtime, movie nights, and anything a dog could dream of. Now, while I've never had a cat because of the majority of my family being allergic, I never turn away from a cat. I'm a regular at the Gem City Catfe, where I play with the cats often and have gone so often that they are comfortable with me. I keep cat and dog treats on me in case I come across a stray, because all cats and dogs deserve to feel some love. I've also dog-sat and house-sat for a few friends before, so I know how to handle situations like pets not getting along, bathroom accidents, and being a bit of a picky eater. Currently, I am a full time student and work full time at UDRI (UD's Research Institute) from 8:30am - 3:30am. During the summer I won't be taking any in person classes, just two online. But when I return to UD for my final year, I will be taking classes again and may be slightly more limited. When it comes to my pets and caring for clients pets, the comfort of the pet is most important to me. Personally, my two dogs don't get along with each other very well, so they typically have to be separated. Even so, I always make sure to treat them both equally and give them lots of love! If I take one for a car ride and ice cream, I bring ice cream back for the other and take the other for a car ride later that week. If my client has dogs similar to mine, who need to be separated, I would be sure to treat them equally and split my time with them according to my client's requests. Given single-pet households, I'd spend a lot of my time with them! In my downtime, I'd make sure to sit with them while I work on coursework. I'd be sure to take them on walks and go for potty breaks. And of course I'd make sure we get a lot of play time in and lots of love!

About: I truly love animals, and have some training background. I always had my own personal dogs, until recently, so I am open to caring for yours. Your animals will be well taken care of, and I will provide consistencies they are use to at home upon request. I work from home 4 days a week, but my mom who works from home is home daily. Animals are never unsupervised! I get home around 5pm when I go into work. I walk dogs as much needed and have necessary needs provided in house (leash, bowls, mid size cage, brush, yard, etc). No worries if certain materials run out or are not provided.

About: I have a special dog who has experienced intense anxiety. It has taught me patience and sympathy and has changed my life in very unique ways. I have grown to understand animals in a much more compassionate way. I work full time but I am in a less demanding season of the year and would love to help. About: All my life I've been interested in animals. I grew up with a dog, a cat, and a snake, and my work in the field has involved all sorts of animal husbandry, from shearing sheep to catching alligators or banding songbirds. Sometimes I feel I understand animals better than people which helps me provide specialized one-on-one care to meets your beloved pet's needs. I want to ensure that they feel as safe, comfortable, and well-loved with me as they do with you! I'm currently taking some online classes, so my schedule is pretty flexible! Right now I have a lot of time Fridays-Mondays which I would love to spend taking care of some special pets. I don't have access to a fenced-in yard currently and would not be able to host a dog to the best of my ability. I've taken care of cats at my house, however, and have found that they quickly feel at ease in my home environment. My kitty passed away last year, unfortunately, but I am home often and will provide as much company and attention as your pet desires. I want them to know they have a friend in me.

“Emma was great with our dogs, however. We met with her prior to booking so we could get to know her and our dogs could meet her as well. We spoke about the time being 12noon and that was not a problem. The first day (Monday) she was here on time, the next 3 days she arrived at 1pm. 1 hr later then discussed. Then Friday morning she texted us stating she was stuck at a house she was cleaning and was not gonna be able to make it. My wife had to rush from work in Sidney to take them out, then rush back. Keep in mind we had already paid for the entire week.”

About: Aloha! The only pet care experience I have is small animals due to the apartment complex rules I lived in as a child, as an adult I feed stray animals and do not have any pets of my own due to my love of travel/adventure I can only take care of other people's animals or feed strays at the moment. My neighbors have a Alaskan Husky that I adore so very much that I have bought her treats and toys every few months they don't mind as our families have both been in the neighborhood for decades and have known each other.
