About: I've had dogs ever since I was 10, but my experience with them goes far beyond that. When I was a little kid, before I ever had a dog, I would go to this read with a dog program called "Paws to Read." I would spend countless hours reading to the dogs and befriending them, along with a cat or two here and there. When I was 10, I got my first dog, a husky, and gave him a wonderful life. He had quite a few medical issues and behaved older for his age because of it, so I know how to provide senior pet care. He has since passed, but my two current dogs, one pitbull and one pitsky, remind me every day how important pets are to me. I've had them both for eight years now, during which we've taken numerous car rides, walks, enjoyed outside and inside playtime, movie nights, and anything a dog could dream of. Now, while I've never had a cat because of the majority of my family being allergic, I never turn away from a cat. I'm a regular at the Gem City Catfe, where I play with the cats often and have gone so often that they are comfortable with me. I keep cat and dog treats on me in case I come across a stray, because all cats and dogs deserve to feel some love. I've also dog-sat and house-sat for a few friends before, so I know how to handle situations like pets not getting along, bathroom accidents, and being a bit of a picky eater. Currently, I am a full time student and work as a part time tutor. My classes typically consist of Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9-2:15 and Tuesday and Thursdays 11-1:45. Then, I work 3:30-6:30 (sometimes 7:30) as a tutor When it comes to my pets and caring for clients pets, the comfort of the pet is most important to me. Personally, my two dogs don't get along with each other very well, so they typically have to be separated. Even so, I always make sure to treat them both equally and give them lots of love! If I take one for a car ride and ice cream, I bring ice cream back for the other and take the other for a car ride later that week. If my client has dogs similar to mine, who need to be separated, I would be sure to treat them equally and split my time with them according to my client's requests. Given single-pet households, I'd spend a lot of my time with them! In my downtime, I'd make sure to sit with them while I work on coursework. I'd be sure to take them on walks and go for potty breaks. And of course I'd make sure we get a lot of play time in and lots of love!

About: I've been a devoted dog parent to my own pup for 3 years, who truly means the world to me. Caring for her has taught me how important patience, gentleness, consistency, exercise, and affection are for a happy dog. I’ve also volunteered with rescue shelters and animal sanctuaries, helping care for dogs and supporting animals in need. About: I have worked at two credible boarding/animal daycare facilities. I worked at both of these facilities for one year each. I worked with puppies, senior animals, kittens, large animals, and small animals. The first facility I worked at was connected to a vet clinic where I also gained experience. I worked with animals recovering from surgeries and animals with different emotional behaviors. I have been petsitting for 7 years. I am available to work around my class schedule to petsit and have a flexible schedule to watch your pets and care for them like they are my own! I have a six year old dog who I take for a walk 3-4 times a day when I am home from college. I love him so much and he is like my other half! He’s a jack russel with a lot of energy and a huge personality. When I am working with my clients pets, I hangout with them for the majority of the day and treat them like my own!

About: I am a lifelong animal lover who grew up with dogs and cats. I have plenty of experience with many breeds from puppies to senior dogs, and am experienced with fosters and diabetic dogs. I’m currently working part time, and my flexible schedule gives me plenty of time to play with your pup! My availability is open during the week and weekends. I have experience dog sitting in client’s homes, and I have plenty of space in my home for your pups if you would rather they stay with me.

About: Hello, I LOVE dogs. Literally spending time with any dog would probably be my favorite thing to do. I’m great with all different personalities types too, how to calm, respond, care for all different types of dogs. Cats are cool too! I definitely know how to care for cats, I’ve had so many growing up and helped my mom with hers for my whole life. I have one black pug right now. She is my best friend in the world, great with other dogs, kids, everyone. I live in an apartment so I can’t board any dogs at my house right now, but i definitely can go to other people’s homes or walk dogs! My husband lives with me too and can take care of my pug if I’m out on the job for some time! I’ve had dogs now / been on Rover for about 6 years I have lots of free time for drop in visits, dog walks, boarding at your home for dogs and cats, or other animals. Message me now! I live in an apartment so I’d have to come to your house! I know how to let out dogs/any animal accordingly, feed certain amounts at certain times, follow rules, give a lot of love :)

About: I’m an animal lover of all kinds! I have 5 cats, some are special needs, and I grew up with golden retrievers. I’m eager to provide excellent care to your pets! Although life with kids is busy, I take pride in taking great care of your pet! I work until about 2oclock each day leaving the rest of the day free, and I’m usually available throughout the day on the weekends. I have kids that can play and help keep your pet company, as well as a nice, fenced in yard. I do have pets myself (cats) and will keep them separated from your pet if needed.
