“My dog is always happy to see Alissa. Hoochu was well taken care of and had many walks and plays with her or other dogs. Alissa communicates very well and leaves details and many pictures on Rover cards. That's why I believe her and send Hoochu to her for daycare even though Alissa's house is far from my place and there are other daycare givers around my place. Hoochu and I are both so glad to meet Alissa!”

About: I have experience with deaf, senior and reactive dogs as well as cats. I fostered and trained for Blue River Pet Rescue and have taken dog safety courses with Nebraska Humane Society. I know what it's like to have a scared or sick dog and I know how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for them when you can't. I am no stranger to a special needs dog and I want to be that person for you and your pet when you need me. My own dog, who passed in April 2025, had CHF and I could barely stand to let him out of my sight. I was lucky that the people who fostered him offered to watch him when needed. Without them, I'm not sure how I would've found someone I could really trust to be patient and kind to him. Now that he's gone, I want to be able to be that person for others. I work completely remote, so I am always home, giving me a great opportunity to care for special needs animals or just animals in general. I work Mon-Fri, 12-8 and weekends are usually free. I live close to a dog park that I took my previous foster to every day and have a nice neighborhood for walks. I have a yard (not fully fenced in) with a tie out leash, though I go outside often and would never leave your pet alone. I got the tie out recently for my foster to help her with separation anxiety but would walk around the yard and area with my own dog for a few minutes every hour or so. I have lots of toys and keep a pet water fountain running at all times. I keep a couple of dog beds throughout the house, so there is always somewhere soft and comfortable to lay down, whether they want to stay close by or would prefer some space. My house is their house while they're here. Besides the trash cans, they are welcome to explore.

“I wish I could leave 10 stars! Jasmine was so helpful in helping me give a new puppy a strong foundation in potty training while I was at work. She socialized him with her own pets, and I could count on her punctuality every day. I needed early morning drop-off, and she never let me down! Plus, my dog LOVES her, judging by his wiggle launches into her arms. She’s the best!”

“Michelle was great with our anxious little pup. She even sent pictures so that her anxious human mom knew that she was okay while away. I will definitely call on her again when we need a sitter.”

About: I have watched pets for neighbors since I was a little girl, and I frequently watch my brother and sister-in-law’s dog, Joy. My toddler loves when Joy comes over because she is such an animal-lover! As a SAHM who is often alone at home with my daughter, it makes our days a lot more fun! We go on frequent walks and go outside as often as we can when we are looking after Joy. I will be sure to do the same with your dog! I am at home all day every day, except for church on Sunday mornings, and every third Thursday I have worship practice at 6pm. Otherwise, my schedule is very open. I will make sure to care for your pet by offering frequent potty breaks, going on walks, feeding adequate meals, and allowing outdoor time in my partially-fenced yard. I will update you with pictures of our visit!

“Jillayne did a great job caring for our Glinda. Glinda was happy to play with the other dog playmates. She was worn out and happy when I picked her up. Jillayne had excellent communication, and was available on short notice. I highly recommend! Cindy M.”

About: I have taken care of and raised several animals throughout my life and love all the family members. I care for our neighbors and family members animals whenever needed and take a lot of pride in caring for each animal as if they are our own. I work during the week but there’s always someone home. Jamie & Daniel J.
“I have known Jamie and her family for over 30yrs. Her dad was a biology teacher and had all sorts of animals, even some that slithered 🤢, but the 4 legged fur dogs were always a staple. She had helped raise dogs from poodle size to Rottweiler. It’s not the dog, it’s the person that gives an animal its temperament. Jamie and her family would be great to dog sit. Their love for animals is enormous.”

Leyanis R.
“Leyanis has help me watch cerbie my dog while I went out of town for a day. She was good with understanding he was a scared dog who's all bark no bite. Took cerbie time to warm up to her but eventually he did and they eventually made great friends and he was happy playing fetch with her.”

We travel a lot and Danae is always our first pick when it comes to deciding what to do with Joy. I have never been disappointed in the way she takes care of Joy. Danae will take her on lots of walks, play, and makes sure she is comfortable. Danae is an excellent Dog sitter!”
