About: I have always had a dog in my house growing up, so i understand the basics of dog care. Currently I work at a dog daycare. I've been working there for 2 years and it has helped me understand more about dog behaviors, and care for them efficiently and effectively. Before that I volunteered at the Jefferson Humane Society for 3 years helping clean out animal cages/rooms and providing affection to all the rescued animals. I'm looking for extra work during the summer in between my internship and job. Internship is 3 days a week, job is 2. About: I’m a disabled veteran & dogs have always been my peace so i decided to start incorporating more of them into my daily life & call it “work” 🥰 pet-loving is part of my every day life! i take my own pups for walks in the morning before the heat, and during the warmest days of winter. i love being outside, playing with animals & taking care of them! i will use the app, frequent communications in texting, etc. along with pictures and videos to send to all my pet parents! walking the pups at least a mile, if they can, or more if requested! i also walk all my clients separately from others, so no need to worry about differing personalities.

I have a senior cat myself and two other younger cats but I also grew up around dogs and love to dog sit and take dogs on walks when the weather permits. My schedule is usually very flexible.
