I am the owner of Oh My Paws, a pet-sitting business I started during college, and have worked as a kennel technician, dog handler for Can Do Canines, and am currently completing an apprenticeship at a Humane Society. About: I have always had a dog in my house growing up, so i understand the basics of dog care. Currently I work at a dog daycare. I've been working there for 2 years and it has helped me understand more about dog behaviors, and care for them efficiently and effectively. Before that I volunteered at the Jefferson Humane Society for 3 years helping clean out animal cages/rooms and providing affection to all the rescued animals. I'm looking for extra work during the summer in between my internship and job. Internship is 3 days a week, job is 2. So I don't have a bunch of time but I do have some open hours where I can do dog walks and some daycare shifts. I have a lot of experience with a variety of dogs and their behaviors. I can create dogs when needed and can walk dogs without any issues.

About: I have taken care of pets for a majority of my life. Friends, family, and neighbors have relied on me to walk, care for, and play with their pets in many instances. Growing up I also owned my own dog that I would care for. Spending time with animals brings me joy and I treat them all with endless love! I am currently a college student majoring in nursing and I am looking for another side job in addition to my CNA job. I love all animals and think this is the perfect opportunity. I live in a quiet community with plenty of area to walk the dogs. I can also easily kennel dogs if necessary. I do not have any other animals in the home.

About: I have had pets all my life. I have 5 of my own dogs of various shape and size and foster for a couple different rescues! I am very flexible, I'm available most of the time and love to meet new pets. I try to fit the needs of pet owners where I can. I don’t plan on doing any home care. About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my calm, patient approach and my ability to connect with pets of all personalities, especially shy or anxious ones. I’ve grown up with both dogs and cats my whole life, so I understand how to read their body language and respond to their needs with care and understanding. I’m also very reliable and communicative, so you’ll always get updates, photos, and peace of mind while you’re away. I treat every pet as if they were my own and make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable at all times Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine! I have a flexible class schedule, which means I can stop by for walks or drop-in visits between classes and again later in the afternoon or evening. Spending time with animals is one of my favorite parts of the day; it’s a relaxing, happy break that keeps me active and grounded. Whether it’s a quick walk or some evening cuddle time, I always make sure each pet gets my full attention and care. When caring for pets in my client’s home, I always make sure to keep their routines as normal and comfortable as possible. I follow all instructions closely — from feeding schedules to favorite toys and walking routes, so pets feel safe and at ease while their owners are away. I spend time playing, giving attention, and keeping their space tidy and calm. Since I live in a dorm, I don’t bring pets to my room, but I’m very dedicated to giving them the best care right in their own home, where they feel most comfortable.
