I grew up in a very pet-loving home and had the opportunity to help raise several litters of Labrador puppies from birth to 8 weeks old. I have a 1-year-old yellow Lab named Rosie and a dachshund mix rescue from Frosty’s Rescue who is now 4 years old. About: I have always had a dog in my house growing up, so i understand the basics of dog care. Currently I work at a dog daycare. I've been working there for 2 years and it has helped me understand more about dog behaviors, and care for them efficiently and effectively. Before that I volunteered at the Jefferson Humane Society for 3 years helping clean out animal cages/rooms and providing affection to all the rescued animals. I'm looking for extra work during the summer in between my internship and job. Internship is 3 days a week, job is 2. As a lifelong animal lover and dog mom myself, I know how important it is to find someone you trust with your furry family members.
