About: Available to serve your best friend with a nightly walk, drop-in or doggie day care services! My husband and I absolutely love dogs and have been around them our whole life. We currently have one dog (our baby!) and always want to ensure that he receives the best care when we are out of town or at work - we want to be sure the same is done for your fur children! We know pets are family and you can trust that your babies will be cared for with great love, compassion, and safety. We are our family and friends' right hand when it comes to pet-sitting- we have experience with dogs of all sizes and cats. We are available most weekends and I am off a few days during the week. We can also provide drop in services/walks on weekends and after 5p on weekdays. We are happy to customize your pet's experience in your home, depending on your pet's needs. If your pet is staying with us, we’ll make sure they are comfortable and safe! Our home offers a great space for furry friends! We allow our fur friends on furniture & love to go outside. We will follow your routine to ensure we reinforce positive habits.

About: Hi! My wife and I love animals. We currently offer drop-in visits, walks, and house sitting (mainly on weekends). We are very compassionate about animals and would love to keep your pet company while you are away. Both of us work mostly remotely, so we have a flexible schedule and can adjust to your pet's needs. We personally own 3 lovely beagles, so there is no such thing as too many pets. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions or for a meet and greet! We would love to check-in on your pet for either a brief or extended stay, whatever you have going on. Willing to accept pets with any medical condition, and willing to administer any prescriptions they might need. All that we ask is that you let us know about any behaviors (i.e. dog-reactive, loud noises, not good with children etc.) so we can ensure a safe environment for your pet. Thanks for considering us! I work from home and my wife works remotely several days a week, so we both have a very flexible schedule and can adjust to the needs of each individual pet we care for. We ensure that we fully understand the daily routines and living arrangements of each pet so we can keep their routines the same while the owner is away and ensure a safe environment.

About: I have grown up around dogs my entire life. I have also grown up raising birds, cats, and rabbits. I had my first pet-sitting business when I was just 11 years old. I am a current dog and cat mom. I aspire to be a dog trainer and have my own business one day. I have successfully trained my own dog in a variety of different skills and I am eager to gain even more knowledge to work towards my career. I have 3+ years experience working in a dog daycare/boarding facility. I have experience working with dogs of all sizes and all temperaments. I also have experience working with dogs with special needs. I just moved to the area and I am currently looking for a full-time position in the animal care field. In the meantime, I am looking to find work through Rover to stay caught up on finances. I do plan to continue using Rover for side-work after finding a full-time job. I also believe it could help me gain experience towards my career goals. My schedule is very open at the moment. I take my dog on walks every evening and have training sessions for an hour every day. Since I live with other people currently, I can only pet-sit in clients’ homes. I do have a very friendly 5-year old doodle who loves to play with other dogs, so I can always bring him along to keep your pet company. I follow my clients’ instructions to the tee whether regarding potty schedules, feeding schedules, bathing, walking, playing, training, etc. I can also do any additional services if need be while caring for your pet at your home.

About: I have been raised with a pet by side. When I have born we had two brittany spaniels that have since passed on. In 8th grade, after they passed, we adopted another puppy brittany. A year later, we adopted another, to have our current pair of brittanys. So I have experience raising puppies as well. I play with them outdoors and indoors, brush them, clean up their poop, bath them, feed them, and train them. They also get taken on walks at the local forest preserve for stimulation. I have experience in caring for fish and snakes. Between dogs, I had my cat to keep me company. She is solely my cat, so she got the same attention as the dogs, plus I bought her toys, treats, litter, and food. Outside of my dogs I have pet sit goldens labs, goldendoodles, springer spaniels, and many other breeds. As in my headline, I don't think any animal is low maintenance. That just means the pet isn't getting the care it deserves. I had my cat at my dorm first semester, and I fed her breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I made sure to play with twice a day and we played birds on the tv for stimulation as well. I had a weekly schedule to brush her twice a week, and clean the litter box every Sunday and Wednesday. At home I would alternate playing with my dogs, training, and brushing them whenever possible. I can play indoors and outdoors. I can take the animal for walks. Clean up any potential messes, such as muddy dogs or if a cat has a hairball. I can accompany senior pets that need help eating. I can brush the animal. And feed them, and do basic training.

I’m new to Rover, but because I don't currently have a pet of my own, I have plenty of love, attention, and energy to give to yours. I've been a trusted dog sitter for friends and family for years, and I'm excited to meet even more through Rover! I also have a fenced in backyard so your dog is always in my view and very safe. The rest of my family members are also huge dog lovers, so while I would be the caretaker, your dog is able to experience all the love my home has to offer. I am sure to follow all directions as needed regarding your pet in my house or yours. I'm very detail-oriented and sometimes a perfectionist, so following instructions to ensure your dogs health and safety is something you don't have to worry about with me!

About: My whole life I’ve had animals cats dogs farm animals I love them all. I’ve handled big dogs and small dogs and have sitted for friends when they leave for vacation. I currently work full time but still have time on weekends and Wednesday evenings to take care of any pet of all sizes. About: I’ve taken care of all types of dogs since I was about 10 years old. I have good experience with giving oral medications and giving support to dogs with anxiety or anxiousness. Great with walking dogs with all different sizes and energy levels. I also have great knowledge when it comes to cleaning care for puppies or seniors rather that be in cages or any where within the house. I support rescue services for pets as I have adopted a dog from Tails myself. Lastly I am great at managing multiple dogs at once as I currently have three dogs with my family. With having CNA class I am available most weekdays and for sure weekends. I have class Tuesdays and Wednesdays being available after 12:30 and have Friday Clinicals at a Nursing home in DeKalb leaving that day majority full. While in my own home or a clients home I always make sure the pet feels like their in a comfortable and safe environment with surroundings and with me. A pets health mentally and physically is really important to me as I make sure they get the right exercise, rest, attention and love they of course deserve. Keeping them with their daily routines and schedule is also very necessary to me when it comes to feedings and water, play inside and outside, rest and walks which are my favorite. Keeping my clients home clean and protected is also something very important to me as it helps the dog be familiar in their safe and comfortable space and also help the owner gain trust and rely on me as much as possible! About: I’ve been taking care of pets since I was 7 years old. I took care of my pet fish since I was 5 and then started walking dogs at age 7. I can walk, feed, bathe, play, you name it I can do it! I am also able to administer medicine. I am a full-time second year law student at NIU! I moved to the Midwest from New York about a year ago. My fiancé and I currently share a 2 year old HIGH ENERGY bull terrier mix that we love with our whole hearts so per care is a daily routine in our house. I currently work Tuesday-Thursday for the DuPage County States Attorneys Office and then I am free the rest of the week. Once classes start up, August 17th, I will be adjusting those hours but we still have plenty of availability for your furry friends! I can crate dogs easily if needed but I am also all for free roaming! I love to be outside with your pets in a fenced area to ensure their safety. When inside, I will make sure all breakables are away and safe for the pets safety, mine, and your valuables.

About: I have been taking care of my Australian shepherd since I was twelve years old. I've been grooming her, walking her, training her, and feeding her since I was a child. Throughout my life I have gotten two more dogs and many more animals that I have loved taking care of. My college classes have all been online so I have had plenty of time to be at home and spend time with my three dogs. At my home I have three dogs. Two that usually keep to themselves but one Husky that loves to play. I have a large fenced in back yard with plenty of room to run around, as well as cages to crate dogs if needed.
