We currently have one dog (our baby!) and always want to ensure that he receives the best care when we are out of town or at work - we want to be sure the same is done for your fur children! We know pets are family and you can trust that your babies will be cared for with great love, compassion, and safety. We are our family and friends' right hand when it comes to pet-sitting- we have experience with dogs of all sizes and cats. We are available most weekends and I am off a few days during the week. We can also provide drop in services/walks on weekends and after 5p on weekdays. We are happy to customize your pet's experience in your home, depending on your pet's needs. If your pet is staying with us, we’ll make sure they are comfortable and safe! Our home offers a great space for furry friends! We allow our fur friends on furniture & love to go outside. About: I have grown up around dogs my entire life. I have also grown up raising birds, cats, and rabbits. I had my first pet-sitting business when I was just 11 years old. I am a current dog and cat mom. I aspire to be a dog trainer and have my own business one day. I have successfully trained my own dog in a variety of different skills and I am eager to gain even more knowledge to work towards my career. I have 3+ years experience working in a dog daycare/boarding facility. I have experience working with dogs of all sizes and all temperaments. I also have experience working with dogs with special needs. I just moved to the area and I am currently looking for a full-time position in the animal care field. In the meantime, I am looking to find work through Rover to stay caught up on finances. I do plan to continue using Rover for side-work after finding a full-time job. I also believe it could help me gain experience towards my career goals. My schedule is very open at the moment. I take my dog on walks every evening and have training sessions for an hour every day. Since I live with other people currently, I can only pet-sit in clients’ homes. I do have a very friendly 5-year old doodle who loves to play with other dogs, so I can always bring him along to keep your pet company. I follow my clients’ instructions to the tee whether regarding potty schedules, feeding schedules, bathing, walking, playing, training, etc. I can also do any additional services if need be while caring for your pet at your home.

About: I have been raised with a pet by side. When I have born we had two brittany spaniels that have since passed on. In 8th grade, after they passed, we adopted another puppy brittany. A year later, we adopted another, to have our current pair of brittanys. So I have experience raising puppies as well. I play with them outdoors and indoors, brush them, clean up their poop, bath them, feed them, and train them. They also get taken on walks at the local forest preserve for stimulation. I have experience in caring for fish and snakes. Between dogs, I had my cat to keep me company. She is solely my cat, so she got the same attention as the dogs, plus I bought her toys, treats, litter, and food. Outside of my dogs I have pet sit goldens labs, goldendoodles, springer spaniels, and many other breeds. As in my headline, I don't think any animal is low maintenance. That just means the pet isn't getting the care it deserves. I had my cat at my dorm first semester, and I fed her breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I made sure to play with twice a day and we played birds on the tv for stimulation as well. I had a weekly schedule to brush her twice a week, and clean the litter box every Sunday and Wednesday. At home I would alternate playing with my dogs, training, and brushing them whenever possible. I can play indoors and outdoors. I can take the animal for walks. Clean up any potential messes, such as muddy dogs or if a cat has a hairball. I can accompany senior pets that need help eating. I can brush the animal. And feed them, and do basic training.

About: My whole life I’ve had animals cats dogs farm animals I love them all. I’ve handled big dogs and small dogs and have sitted for friends when they leave for vacation. I currently work full time but still have time on weekends and Wednesday evenings to take care of any pet of all sizes. About: I’ve taken care of all types of dogs since I was about 10 years old. I have good experience with giving oral medications and giving support to dogs with anxiety or anxiousness. Great with walking dogs with all different sizes and energy levels. I also have great knowledge when it comes to cleaning care for puppies or seniors rather that be in cages or any where within the house. I support rescue services for pets as I have adopted a dog from Tails myself. Lastly I am great at managing multiple dogs at once as I currently have three dogs with my family. With having CNA class I am available most weekdays and for sure weekends. I have class Tuesdays and Wednesdays being available after 12:30 and have Friday Clinicals at a Nursing home in DeKalb leaving that day majority full. A pets health mentally and physically is really important to me as I make sure they get the right exercise, rest, attention and love they of course deserve. Keeping them with their daily routines and schedule is also very necessary to me when it comes to feedings and water, play inside and outside, rest and walks which are my favorite. Keeping my clients home clean and protected is also something very important to me as it helps the dog be familiar in their safe and comfortable space and also help the owner gain trust and rely on me as much as possible! About: I have been taking care of my Australian shepherd since I was twelve years old. I've been grooming her, walking her, training her, and feeding her since I was a child. Throughout my life I have gotten two more dogs and many more animals that I have loved taking care of. My college classes have all been online so I have had plenty of time to be at home and spend time with my three dogs. At my home I have three dogs. Two that usually keep to themselves but one Husky that loves to play. I have a large fenced in back yard with plenty of room to run around, as well as cages to crate dogs if needed.

About: I have been working in the veterinary field for around three years, so I'm versatile in taking care of different animals and their respective needs. I'm currently working full time in the veterinary field, but am able to be flexible with weekends and some days during the week to accommodate a new part time schedule with pet-sitting! I have one dog and three cats in my home. I have a cage that isn't used very often for my boy, and plenty of toys and treats to go around!

About: I have always had a special connection with animals, dogs especially, and grown up being called an animal whisper. Ive had dogs of all ages my whole life. Im all for giving your furry friends the care they deserve❤️I dont have any cats! I am currently working at an Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility in Yorkville and my shift is 6am-2pm. My schedule changes every other week. Although my boyfriend works the 3pm-11pm shift so someone is home most of the time. I am not totally free but I would be willing to work something out! My house has a front and back yard-not too big. We use a tie out for our dog and we have a few extras if needed for your dog! Me and my boyfriend live in a two bedroom duplex. Most areas of the house is dog proofed and we have plenty of toys for both to play with. My dog does really good with other dogs and loves to have company and a friend to play with. He is still younger so he can be hyper at first but will eventually calm down:)

About: Hello! I've always had lots of pets growing up and have a love for furry companions. They truly are the heart of the family! Many friends and family will lean on me to watch over pets when they leave town and I'm looking to extend this service out to the community around me. I love walking dogs, playing with pets, and just giving them company. I'm extremely flexible with my schedule since I am a grad student in physical therapy and can accommodate any needs. Open to dog/house sitting, cat sitting, walking, and will include lots of belly scratches to any pets- big or small!
