About: Hey there! My name is Rachel and I live with my husband, our 2 daughters, 3 doggies and 2 kitties. I have many years of experience with dogs because my family growing up has always had a house (and yard) full of them. I have also offered dog-sitting to neighbors and friends/family in the past. The more wagging tails the merrier! I would be happy to offer any home visits to check on your fur babies to walk, feed or even play with them. I will also offer in-home boarding to dogs of all sizes as long as they are not aggressive since I do have other animals and children. We have a fenced backyard and live on more than 70 acres of land where I can offer leashed walks and potty breaks. About: I have taken care of cats and dogs my entire life. I helped my uncle Rescue and race kitties in Florida. We also had four dogs a whippet two pit bulls and even a hybrid wolf. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
