“Victoria did a great job with my Charlie. She introduced the other residents staying with her gradually so he was not overwhelmed. She keeps good control of all the dogs. She is very communicative both in setting up the appointment as well as during the visit itself, and sends videos and text updates. The only thing I was not crazy about was the artificial grass in her yard instead of real grass, but other than that, she did a great job for me.”
