My dog Edie made friends with a beagle and had a blast for the three days she was with Pat. There is a fenced-in yard and the dogs had fun outside and inside. Pat is very good with dogs and Edie was safe and happy during her stay. Pat sent pictures of Edie playing and it was clear she was enjoying herself. “Jenn is amazing with all animal but she has a special way with dogs and horses. She had my dog for training for several months and when we got her back she was sad to leave but happy to be home. Jen loves animals and it shows with how she handles her own animals and how my dogs love seeing her when she is around they are in her care.”

“Ruth was so good with our very active one year old terrier, Leo. She picked him up at our house to make sure he would acclimate to her and then took him to her house where he played with her dog. She walked him a couple of times and let him play and rest in her house. She let me know he was doing well by texting be a picture of him. I will rebook with Ruth and hope she is available!”

About: I am a former kennel attendant and grooming assistant as well as a dog mom to four rescue chihuahua mixes! I have experience with aggressive/reactive dogs, senior/hospice, and puppies. A motivated college student looking to earn extra income by doing what I love! I am available for boarding Friday through Monday at 12 pm. Daycare is available from 6 am - 6 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. I am available on all Holidays for boarding and daycare. I do not have a fenced in yard, however I do regular potty breaks/walks with harnesses. I also use potty pads regularly in the house (my dogs do not like to go outside in rain/heavy snow).

“I left Pacey with Alyssa for a week and I'm so glad I did. Through the daily photos and videos it was obvious Pacey was having a great time running and playing in a large fenced in yard. When it was time to go home I almost had to nudge her into the car. If I'm ever in need again it'll be an easy decision to leave her with Alyssa, she's amazing and you know you've chosen the right place when your pet doesn't want to leave.”

They were accommodating in our situation, as we were staying somewhere close to them that wouldn't allow our pup to stay at the house. We were able to still see her during the day to play. Their Dog Ivy is a sweetheart with alot of energy. You can tell their Dog is well loved. She sent updates and responded quickly when I inquired. We will definitely stay with them again.”

About: I’ve walked and cared for dogs and cats my whole life, including up to five at one time! I’ve also fostered over the years, with big and small dogs part of my past clients. Moved to Augusta earlier in 2023. I have a hybrid M-F work schedule, so weekends are generally best, but I can often make weekdays work. My neighborhood is not far from a dog park as well. I am in a 2-bedroom apartment that has a decent-sized grassy area outside in front. A few other dogs are in the apartment building. We’ve got an empty guest room if dogs and cats want more space to play and nap. Otherwise, I generally keep the bedroom and living room open.
