“Liz did an amazing job with my fur baby Dior. She Mae sure Dior was comfortable with her and gave her lots of love, play time and cuddle time. She noticed that Dior was not eating and she tried everything she could to get her to eat and it worked. Dior fell in love with Liz and her wife. Liz brung along her wife that also keep Dior company with cuddles. They are very nice people. Liz came to my home at did drop in visits with Dior and Dior fell in love with Liz and her wife. I was able to peek in on visits with my ring cam and Dior cried out for Liz each time she left. So Liz came up with a great idea to keep Dior occupied while she was able to leave. She also will discipline Dior when she needed correction on any behavior. Overall, I would recommend Liz and you can trust her in your home. She also arranged for visits with such a short notice. About: Graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor's degree in biology with an emphasis in zoology! As of now I am working full time at Eurofins, but can't help but miss the animal interaction. Previously I worked as a Vet Assistant and also have prior pet sitting and dog walking experience. I have had very minor experience in training/ working with goats through my time in college. My passion is working with animals no matter what species! I also have experience with reptiles through my time as a reptile keeper intern at Rolling Hills Zoo in Salina, Kansas! I have two cats and two dogs of my own. I would love to get to know more about you and your fur baby!:) I work full time from 8-4/5 everyday. I will have plenty of time for pet care in the evening and I will alternate weeks of boarding care vs in home pet sitting. I have a fenced in yard for pups, although it is fenced I never leave pups unattended! In my house I have 2 cats that are very use to dogs and a 3 year old son. So dogs for boarding need to be cat and child friendly. I am able to follow any care plan you have and meet needs such as dietary instructions and medications that may be needed.

About: I have always loved pets. Throughout my entire life, I have had both cats and dogs, and recently my family adopted a gecko from my stepsister. Pets have always been the center of my day, and I always look forward to seeing my little fur-babies, and taking care of them. With this I have been referred to many family friends to extend the love and care I have for my babies onto their babies. I will always take care of your fur-babies as I would my own. I also am very good at giving pets medicine, as I have done it for a few years now. I am a full time college student at UNI, and I love taking care of animals. Being away at college has made me miss my own animals, so I fill that gap by getting to take care and love other animals, and give other families peace of mind while away. I am super open to any environments, whether it be a fenced in yard, or a yard where I will need to leash the pups/kitties up to take them out. I will listen and obey any instructions the client may give, whether it be for respecting the pets, or respecting the house.

About: Hey I'm Syd! I'm a recent UNI graduate with degrees in Criminal Justice + Public Administration. During this season of life I’ve been able to embrace two of my favorite things: pet care + travel! As an avid traveler myself, I recognize the importance of trustworthy pet care. This is why I prioritize honest and reliable communication with pet owners. Going into my last year of college, I launched an in-home pet sitting business serving the Cedar Valley called Traveling Tails Pet Sitting. Traveling Tails allowed me to grow my own pet care experience and also mentor the 7 other sitters that make up our amazing team! One of my most rewarding pet care experiences was when I stayed with a very timid rescue dog named Coco. Coco was very untrusting at first and would not let me near her. However after giving her time and building trust by hand feeding her, we quickly became friends. I loved watching Coco break out of her shell and feel right at home until her family returned! I’m in a transitional season of life at this time which has allowed me to collaborate with owners to create the best schedule for their pets and their needs. I've lived in the same neighborhood for almost my whole life and feel very comfortable taking strolls around the neighborhood. My mom works from home and is almost always around. We live less than a mile away from the dog park and near a beautiful nature reserve and trail we frequent often :)

About: I have two dogs right now. One is a yellow lab and the other is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. The Spaniel is 3 and the lab is 2. So there is a lot of energy in the house. I have experience with walking them both while on camping trips, giving them baths, playing fetch and of course laying on the couch and cuddling. I also used to have an older Cavalier King Charles Spaniel so I have experience with all ages of dogs. I love to interact and give dogs all of my attention! I have currently just finished my first year of college at Buena Vista University. I am looking to make a little more money for this summer, and this job is something I know I would enjoy. I am not sure how my summer will plan out exactly yet, but I would love to make time and will be flexible! I live in the country with a 3 acre yard. There is plenty of room to run around and play fetch if needed. I also have two dogs on my own that are very friendly and playful, but can also be calmed if needed. I will respect your needs and wants as the dogs owner.

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals for my entire life. As a kid, my family bred and raised Shih Tzus. I have experience with all ages! I am currently working part time/as needed while attending college part time. I have a flexible schedule and commute from Charles City to Waterloo most every day. I have a private, fenced in backyard. My wiener dog, Tootsie, enjoys roaming our 3-bedroom house, sunbathing on the couches, and snuggling in bed.
