“Cynthia was great, her fenced-in yard was beautiful and spacious. Her dogs are sweet and got along with mine just fine. They got to spend a lot of time outside too, which made me happy. Would definitely book her again”

“Jenna was amazing with our two pups! We are new to the area and were worried since they have never stayed with someone other than family before. Dogs can always sniff out good people and as soon as they met Jenna they loved her. I would recommend her to anyone and will definitely be using her again!”

“We absolutely LOVE Rachel and her family. We have used them multiple times to care for our dog, and we are thrilled with their care. Our dog knows “Rachel’s house” now and her tail starts wagging at the mention of it.”

“Very nice people and our dog Zeus had a wonderful time! Would definitely have him stay there again. Good communication and provided daily pictures as well without going overboard.”

About: I started taking care of colleague's pets in 2006 and regularly cared for 4 households' pets including, a German Shepherd, black lab, poodle, and multiple cats. I also volunteered at the Humane Society in AZ for a few years with the adoptable cats at PetSmart, cleaning their cubbies, litterboxes, and helping with socialization. I continued petsitting after finding an ad on Craigslist for a family in my area and watched their home while they traveled over the summer (for 3 years), taking care of their plants, mail, and two dogs - a husky and a greyhound. I would walk them and feed them twice a day, shop for chicken legs at the owner's request, and administered multiple medications in pill form to the husky. They introduced me to their neighbors and I watched their home when they would travel and fed and cleaned up after their English Bulldog and Yorkie at least two times a day. I also watched a friend's senior dachshund regularly when they went out of town. In Phoenix I housesat for a colleague and her partner on multiple occasions and they had 4 dogs and 2 cats. I would stay the night there to feed and care for the animals and keep an eye on the house. I simply left for work and then went there immediately after. I grew up with cats and now have 2 pets of my own, a 5-year-old pug named Bo and a 2-year-old munchkin cat named Elliot. I moved back to MN in 2020. In the fall of 2020, I helped my sister care for a family friend's hobby farm which had goats, sheep, donkeys, cats, dogs, ducks, and chickens. We mucked out the barn every day and hosed out the stable area, let the chickens out in the morning and locked them in the coop at night, fed all of the animals, moved a fence most days for the donkeys and some of the larger animals to roam outside of the regular fenced-in area. I also traveled to Champlin to watch a German shepherd and stayed there while the family went on vacation a few times. Over the Christmas holiday in 2022, I watched a friend's Vizsla/Lab mix who is 11 and took care of things around her house. I fed the pup twice a day and visited midday to take her out and spend time there from anywhere between 30 minutes to a few hours. She would then spend the night with me at my home. I took care of the mail, ran water so the pipes wouldn't freeze, cleaned up after the dog, etc. Watching an animal made me realize how much I missed pet sitting and wanted to start doing it again. I currently work from home on weekdays, which makes it easy to help a few times a day, before and/or after work, and leaves my weekends wide open. I am available overnights, before and after work. My schedule is 8 am to 4:30 pm, with some flexibility. My weekends are wide open for any pet care or home needs. I have a fenced backyard and large home. I would prefer watching animals in your home and caring for them there as they are typically more comfortable but we do have the space if necessary in my home. Walking, feeding, administering medication, assisting with household duties, etc., are all within reason and things I'd be happy to assist with. I have done these things for multiple families and households in my area.

About: I have spent the past three summers doing overnight dog sitting in my hometown just about every weekend. I have been recommended and continue to get new jobs. I am a part time student at the University of Minnesota so I have plenty of free time. I also serve in the army national Gaurd. I have now been dog walking and dog sitting for over 3 years in Mankato and would love for more opportunities. I am a part time student at Minnesota State Mankato and only have classes in the morning so I have plenty of free time in the afternoon and overnight. In the summer I am home in Brownsville Minnesota and looking for more opportunities near me Over the past three summers of my dog sitting career I have had 5 clients that have me stay at their house over the weekends while they are gone. I love running and exercising so the animals are sure to stay active. I have not run into any problems in the three years I have pet sit before.

About: I have experience in pet sitting for horses, cats, and dogs. I own and have over 25 years of experience. We have a husky and two horses. I am open to what the clients needs are. I am open for walks, daily care, and overnight care. We have a husky and horses so know what it takes to care for these animals on a daily basis. We currently do not have a fenced yard but are putting one in this summer. We just moved so we will be installing one soon.

“Needed a dog sitter last minute and Lynn was very helpful and accommodating. We typically leave our dog with family but this is one time no one was available. When I brought my dog over for a meet n greet, I was immediately knew our dog was going to do great with Lynn. She treated her like her own! We received pictures and updates daily. Which was so nice since we never leave her and were so far away. Lynn is highly recommended! Responsible and will treat the dog like her own. Our dog wanted to stay with her. Thanks again Lynn!”

“Allison and her family were amazing!!! Updates and pics were sent daily during the stay. When I picked my dog up she had the biggest smile on her face. Will definitely be rebooking!”

About: I am currently retired from working at animal hospitals for 30 + years. I have had dogs since birth! My husband and I enjoy fostering dogs through The Bond Between in Minnetonka. I am retired and home most days and nights. I do occasionally go into the cities to visit family. I am happy to work around clients schedules. I have a fenced yard. All my foster dogs have been treated like family. I have 2 dogs of my own that love having visitors.

About: I have worked at my local dog daycare and have experience outside of taking care of my own animals growing up. I have also pet-sat dogs before for family members and friends. I am using this as my only job, and don't have any other priorities besides being a student. I don't have any classes I have to go to; they are all online, so I will have a free schedule. I have a yard that your pets will be able to play and no other animals live in my home. I always prioritize safety, following feeding instructions, walk routines, and home rules closely. In a client’s home, I’m respectful, clean, and ensure pets are calm, well-cared for, and not left alone.

“Was very apprehensive as never had anyone we didn't know take care of our dog while away...but it turned out to be much better than anticipated. Larissa was great! She has a regular doggy hotel/dog park at her home with lots of day care drop-ins & short to long stays. Our dog was with her for 11 days, was well cared for and had lots of playmates. We got photo or video updates daily. If your dog is very social & likes being with other dogs then this is the place for them as they will not only have a lot of fun but will be well cared for. Thanks Larissa!”

“Kassandra was absolutely amazing with my high energy yellow lab! She gave her lots of love and exercise and gave me updates at least daily. We will definitely be bringing Rosie back!”
