About: I've been caring for pets and farm animals since high school. Dogs are my favorite! Whether you have a puppy or a senior, I have cared for all. I am currently work from home, and my desk overlooks the back yard. So, I'll know immediately if your pup wants to stretch their legs and play or come in for a break. In addition to myself and my two loving children, I have a friendly dog that will spend time with your pup(s). We have a large fenced in back yard with many spots to bask in the sun or lounge in the shade. If your pup prefers the indoors we have plenty of places to relax!
About: Hello! My name is Joanna. I grew up around animals since I lived on acreage. As a kid we had cows, chickens, ducks, dogs, and cats. I used to pet sit all of the time when I was in high school and even helped train bird dogs. I currently have a dog of my own, her name is Aurora, she is 85 lbs of pure outgoing love. I have plenty of experience with cats as well, I used to cat sit and even foster. I have a pretty lenient schedule, I am flexible so as long as we are able to communicate pick up and drop off it should be fine. We live on acreage where I takes the dogs for a walk and we also have two big dog kennels. I have a dog and so does my mom so they will have friends to play with. We have one outdoor cat but no indoor cats. If you have cats we have a litter box and they will stay inside.

I am home most of the time so I will be able to stay with your pet(s) a majority of the day during boardings and sittings. Going on vacation? Work trip? Family emergency? Whatever the situation, you can trust me to watch your pets while you are away! If you choose the boarding option, I am more than happy to welcome your furry friends into my home! The highlight of this option is my backyard, featuring multiple ponds and a nature trail for extra enrichment during your pet’s stay here. (And for the cat parents, a custom built screened in catio as well!) I also have a few pets of my own, there are currently 3 cats and 1 aquatic turtle living in my home. They are friendly and get along with other people and animals, but for safety purposes will be kept in a separate room during the duration of boarding. If you opt for the sitting option instead, I will be sure to make it as comfortable as possible for your pet and abide as closely as possible to their regular routines. About: I have a lifetime of caring for and loving our pets. They have always been a huge part of my life. They simply are our best friends! They are a constant source of surprises and rewards. So when life and obligations call and you can't be there with them , you can count on me to love and take care of them like you do and as usual there will be lots of tail wagging when you get home! I have one dog Fang and a cat Trixie. Fang is an 8 year old chocolate lab. Trixie is 20. I have a large fenced in yard and time to do what I enjoy! I also make natural homemade dog treats!

I have always been surrounded by family pets - dogs, cats, bearded dragons, fish, etc. I have a 13 year-old Australian Shepard mix that I rescued in 2013 and I recently rescued a kitten. I love all pets and will treat yours like I treat my own - with love, respect and lots of snuggles. I'm currently working part-time, so I have extra time to spend with your animals! I love to walk, run or play with your animals. I have plenty of time in the mornings and evenings for walks - and am also available for overnight pet-sitting. I have a fenced in yard at home and am also near a few walking paths. I always use collars and leashes when going on walks and I make sure that all animals are securely inside before opening outside doors.

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
