“Christina and Jason say that 'while your dog is with us, your dog is our dog', and they really mean it. They truly understand and love dogs. There is absolutely nothing else I could want in a pet sitter. I am so grateful to have found them. My dog is pretty darn happy about it too.”

“Samantha is wonderful!!! We are here for the summer and had to board our lab for a week. He was experiencing some allergies and Sam was more than happy to help! She provided updates, photos and videos of him throughout the week! We were able to add a day to our itinerary mid stay. Sam is very flexible! The location is exactly what we hoped for! Lots of space and outdoor time. Sam does daily walks. She offered to keep Riggs with the timid crew since he is a bit shy. Sam knows and love dogs! We are incredibly thankful for her!”

“Sarah was wonderful to work with, very communicative. We were able to do a meet and greet in advance to make sure our dogs would get along (they did!). Sarah sent a picture or video daily (sometimes multiple times a day). It was nice to get updates on how our dog was doing, so we didn't have to worry on vacation. We will definitely use Sarah again!”

“AnnaRose was fantastic. She was flexible on pickup and drop off, very communicative, took note of my special requests, and took great care of Harper. Harper really enjoyed her walks in the woods and playing in the snow with AnnaRose’s other dogs. Highly recommend!”

“Gwynn is fantastic. We have a tiny 6 lb on-year-old dog, and a large, lanky 70lb 13-year-old. Opposite extremes. Both recently stayed with Gywnn for several days, and she was 100% and equally dialed into their very different needs the entire time. From the moment we first saw Gwynn interact with our two, it was clear that 1) she truly understands dogs and dog behavior, and 2) she loves dogs. That mix of professional ability and heart-felt care is a special combination, and makes for a terrific dog sitter. We'll be thrilled to send our dogs back to Gwynn when the need arises. And we know they'll love to go back, too, cause it's clear that they had a great time with Gwynn and her dog Meatball (who proved to be a wonderful host, and very effective guide on their frequent nature walks).”

“Liz saved the day and agreed to watch our pup for 5 days. I cannot recommend Liz highly enough! Our pup had the most wonderful time and they cared for him like their own. Their house is puppy paradise and their dogs were the perfect companions for our lil guy. If you’re looking for a safe and loving home away from home for your pets, they’re fantastic. They also took care to get to know our dog’s needs ahead of time, with comprehensive questionnaires and a meet and greet.”

“Piper took amazing care of our 1 year old husky, and she was very accommodating for a last second overnight visit we needed. We had a wonderful meet and greet that made us feel comfortable leaving Zinnia with someone we didn’t know for the first time. She was great about answering any questions or concerns we had. The meet and great went so well on the morning of drop off Zinnia was so excited to see Piper again! Piper was amazing at giving us updates on how Zinnia was doing, what they did that day, along with a bunch of photos she took during their adventures. Safe to say we would absolutely bring Zinnia to stay with Piper again!”

“Our pup had a wonderful stay with Sonya! She enjoyed socializing with other doggy friends during her visit and she loved having an affectionate caretaker at her side. We were thrilled to receive daily updates and look forward to sending her back.”

“Nicholas was a great caretaker for our 9 year old dog. He has a great backyard which our dog loved and a warm family environment. Nicholas was very flexible with us as our plans changed and he is extremely easy to work with. Would highly recommend and we are going to rebook.”

“Alison took great care of our dog Brooke! She was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Alison even went the extra mile by dropping Brooke off at our wedding venue to take a few photos with us and then picking her up so we could enjoy the rest of our day.”

“Deirdre was AMAZING with my puppy Sookie. She goes above and beyond with all her care and you can tell she really loves taking care of dogs and treats yours like her own. My dog Sookie had some stomach issues and Deirdre cooked her rice and other things that fixed it. When she noticed that Sookie was itching, she gave her anti-itching baths, Omega 3 oil and a spray that fixed that too! She sent so many videos and pics that showed how Sookie had the best time during her stay and I will totally have my dogs stay with Deirdre again!”

“I always get nervous leaving Bert, especially with someone new, but Natalie and Pat (and Scarlette) made me feel so at ease. They showered Bert with love and sent me frequent pictures and updates. I knew he was well taken care of in their care. I will absolutely be bringing Bert back :) I can't thank you guys enough!”

“John was fantastic. My dog seemed like he had a fantastic time. Every photo I received was my dog having the time of his life. Super reliable and was super flexible with some last minute changes.”

“Anna was an outstanding pet and house sitter. She was professional, responsive, and incredibly patient with all of my nervous pet-mom questions throughout the stay. She arrived right on time, took wonderful care of my pets, and left my home in immaculate condition. She even washed all of the bedding without being asked, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. I came home to happy pets and a house that looked wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend Anna and would gladly book her again.”

“Christina was amazing! Lots of photos, walks, playing outside. Our flight was delayed and she was very flexible and very agreeably kept our dog an extra day. She did all the changes on the website for us. She answered all communication right away. Will use again for sure!! THANK YOU Christina!”

“The love and care which Deb has given our dogs is extraordinary. She kept them during our two three week vacations in Italy and Thailand and tended to a medical issue with our vet despite great inconvenience to herself. Our dogs love her and their tails wag as they meet her each time. Deb teaches us to much about our dogs that we are especially grateful for her suggested techniques. You will not find a more caring or conscientious carer for your dog.”

“Christina was fantastic! Zoe loved spending time with her, and we appreciated the photo updates while we were gone. We don't need boarding very often, but next time we do, we will absolutely use Christina again. Thank you so much!”

“Excellent care provided! Received pictures and updates every morning and night. Asked questions about Ava’s care, clearly showing his care and attention. Very accessible and communicative Will most definitely use again!”

“Chloe was amazing with Maisie! She was super communicative, sent me updates and photos throughout the weekend, and took such great care of my golden retriever. Maisie came home happy and well-loved. I would absolutely trust Chloe to watch her again!”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
